which one to use?
Well it depends. sometime the 90% system generate a lot less signals.
so for the same time period, you might end up with more money with the 80%
system.
Note that a 100% win rate system will never generate any signal.
Since it does not exist.
I think there is some kind of curve here. and 80% seems a sweet spot. |

以前在两个不同的车行里修过1994 Honda Accord发热（overheat while stopped in
traffic)的问题。都没有完全根除。换了thermostat, cooling fan switch,
temperature sender (sensor), 问题还在。
前几天去Honda dealer，最后告诉我说，他们发现在cooling system里面有一个气泡（
air pocket), causing the temperature sensor reading to be erratic。他们bleed the cooling system, 换了coolant. 好像问题已经彻底解决了。
感谢网上各位给过我建议的好心人（我前些天 发过贴 求助）。也同时给各位一个
case study: 发热的原因之一，有可能是气泡造成。 |

最近车子又出毛病了，之前有一些misfire,P0300, P0302, P0303, P0316，换了
ignition coil
spark wireset后好了一阵子，大概一个月，后来毛病又开始反了，rough idle，code
也相继跳出来。
最近的两天，idle的时候抖动非常厉害，时不时的转速降得非常低，然后就熄火。回来
一测，冒出两个新
code，以前从来没看见过什么意思，P0171 system too lean(bank1) P0174 system
too
lean(bank2)
请教一下高人system too lean到底是什么意思，是什么原因引起的呢，多谢！ |

了autozone，发现alarm system就四五十块，不过功能跟车的remote entry有重复，就
多了些sensor报警功能。autozone的人说新车相对复杂，还是建议去dealer或专门做报
警的店去装。
大家都怎么装alarm system的？自己装吗还是车上本来就有？在youtube上看了一下，
发现得绕线钻孔... |

店，人家查了下说是因为system lean 导致o2 sensor 的问题，然后说是mass air
filter sensor 故障，换一个要700+，然后帮我清洗了下，故障灯没了，好了几天，但
是过几天又出来了。。。修车的人说如果换mass air filter sensor太贵了，而且lean
的话也不影响开，还能省油一点。。。就叫我这样将就着算了。我自己也不知道那个人
说话准不准，还是我应该再找个地查查？有经验的兄弟姐妹指点一下阿，，谢谢了。新

首先，除非是面start-up，否则大公司里都已经有了现成的
处理large-scale system的framework，不太可能要求你build
everything from scratch。所以对于大部分码工面试来说
只要知道large-scale system design的一些基本原则和
common software packages就可以了。
为了尽快上手，建议翻看以下几本书：
Big Data Glossary
Hadoop the definitive guide
HBase the definitive guide
里面具体编程和系统配置之类的章节完全可以略过不看。看完
以后能解释一些重要的原则和关键词就可以了。例如：

为你对这个的concept完全不了解。还有就是发现一些面试官很喜欢面试的人指出
对于这个问题，市面上都有哪些off the shelf的solution, 表明你对这个领域很了解，
所以关注一些open source的关于distributed system的solution还是很有帮助的。
System design的题目都有些大同小异，注意从distributed的角度考虑问题，不
要有single point of failure, 还有熟悉mapReduce的思想，是一些比较关键的点。 |
