我们的实验只需要让液体从一侧流入，另一侧流出即可，所以实验探索阶段用注射器注
入确实也是一个可行办法。
我们准备测量液体注入之前和流出之后的电化学性质，是不是只能注入之前测量一次，
流出之后收集再测量一次？有没有更好的办法？

实验室里有一个5.5立方米的气袋，我的实验是：每次用syringe 吸取一定量的a-
pinene 或者是
limonene，大概是8uL或者是16uL，然后让干净的流动空气带着挥发的有机物进入气袋
。每次我大概让空
气充气袋40分钟-1个小时左右。（当然，提前先抽空一部分气袋，大概抽空20%左右）
。 这样气袋里面就充
满了带有样品的气体。当然这个时候，气袋是密封住的。所有的开口都关上。
然后我用tube连上泵，泵就以5L/min的速度从气袋里面抽空气流过tube。我就把SPME
fiber放在tube的
中间，然后让流过的样品空气，这样SPME就把样品吸附上去。
我的采样时间是2分钟。然后立刻用GCMS去分析样品。
采样条件
Experiment condition :
Temperature : room temperature
Flow rate : 5L/min
Sampling time : 2min
GC desorption time 5min @ 300℃

，可以把growth
factor包在latex颗粒里，然后把降解酶也包在latex颗粒里,初期scaffold降解很慢，当
降解酶被缓慢释放出来后，降解速度就会显著增加。这样你可以把growth factor, 降解
酶，和ink放在不同的syringe里，就可以实现局部和时间上的调控.

for GPC. the strange thing is I made the 1mg/ml solution in THF. it is
completely transparent and soluble. also there is no viscosity at all.
but it is so difficult to pass the 0.45 micron PTFE whatman syringe filter.
why is that?
so I wonder because my polymer has high molecular weight, the random coil
is so large than 0.45 micron ? is it possible? I don't know polymer
physics well. |

比例，然后用个syringe pump慢慢的加单体，但是这个也很难控制，你还得慢慢算。你
可以隔段时间取点样然后去测nmr，看看某种单体的含量随着反应时间的变化，然后把
那么多点做个图，是不是block copolymer应该看的很清楚，至于怎么个random程度，
就看你怎么加单体了。 |

细看，结果是个3 ml 的。指导教师很不高兴。我知道自己的这个缺点，可是还是改不
掉。早知道这样，我就不学护理了。我真不知道我适合什么样的护理工作。各位前辈们
给支个招吧。我该怎么改掉我的毛病和找什么样的工作。我真的想在医院里先锻炼一下
，然后找个轻松点的工作。不在乎钱多钱少。

如prodrug。其实像osmotic pump, needless syringe，drug-coated coronary stent
这种东西也可以叫drug delivery.

题，感觉我什么都不知道，有的药不知道算了，有的问题，比如一个顾客问can I
swallow chewable ASA?我点头说可以，回头一想，bioavailability应该不一样呀，吞
的药，和chewable的，要是就吞下去会不会不好吸收呀？ 又来一个，给顾客一个TID
keflex的suspension给一个小娃的妈，娃妈说娃要上幼儿园，中间只有老师喂，叫我多
给一个瓶子和syringe，我就给了。回头一想，这种情况应不应该给医生电话叫医生换
个BID的药方便小娃to improve compliance呀。再来一个，结了一个给猫猫的insulin,
回头一想，我应该问医生哪里inject呀，methimazole我知道是耳朵，insulin人是打
肚子，但是猫打哪里呀？也许医生给主人说了的，但是我还是想知道了。

以我的经验,10ML的最好用.一次只要洗4桶就好了,要是严重就多洗几下.
PS 我是一个月就丢一根,所以我从来不消毒.

Thanks for your advice.
I counted syringes. I have 34 in total.
Lupron & Follistim是打在肚皮上 or upper leg. Someone said it's easy for body to absord the medicine if you inject 在肚皮上.
My nurse only taught me how to inject Lupron & Follistim. I'm not confident
if I'll do it right. There's injection instruction on line.
By the way, be sure to refrigerate Lupron after opening. Follistim needs to be refrigerated, too.

的ＳＹＲＩＮＧＥ抽点空气，到１ＣＣ，再把空气打到ＰＩＯ瓶子里，这样帮助
withdrawl PIO back into syringe.
JM 们是这样操作的吗？
我昨天上午居然忘了打PIO，忙其他事情去了。前天晚上还想再读读INSTRUCTION，看是
不是第二天就要开始打PIO，结果居然忘了。我印象中是ET后打。幸好我LG中午我们出
门后问我今天吃药没有，我说今天不吃药啊。然后倒头回家读INSTRUCTION，赶紧打针
，居然一点都不疼，不知道是我LG打的好，还是第一次不会疼。 |

pre-filled syringe 还是需要自己mix powder和水的那种？ 昨天早上你的诊所有给你
做ER前的final B/W和U/S吗? 一定要质问你的医生,到底是卵泡提前自己释放了还是HCG
剂量不对!

万分感谢姐妹们的买药经验帖！发现确实ivfmeds.com的药很便宜，很心动。看了医生
给的prescription list, 发现上面还有很多accessories比如针头啊，Normject
syringes HSW (For injecting Menopur)什么的，这些是要单独买还是订药的时候会附
送？ 还有follistim pen，我看买的时候写的是cartridge for pen， 那么PEN要单独
买么？还是会送？针头要用什么大小的啊？ 如果在ivfmeds.com订药的话，有什么TIP
或者注意事项？

are in the pen. hehe. some mms like the needle to be as thin as possible,
like 30 gauge. but i found 30, 29, 28 not much different. even 27 is
manageable.

发帖数: 3837 | 34 Follistim/Gonal-f pen都会有多余的药，比如300IU的，他里面就会有420IU左右（包
装上会说明），方便你打针出来的时候剂量足。但是那剩下来的120IU你就没法打出来
，怎么办呢？
自己去找网上30 gauge syringes（通常都是cc, ml, 没有IU单位的）, 然后纪录每个
pen最后剩下来的剂量。然后呢，用自己买回来的针筒把剩余的剂量给抽出来，集少成
多，起码可以挤出一天的用量来了。我打11天的时候，有差不多3天多的剂量都是这么
挤剩余挤出来的。
副作用是什么？剂量未必精确，因为你是靠记录剩余剂量来估摸，cc换算iu也没有公式
，所以挤出来的剂量是个大概。还有呢，针筒头抽了两三只笔后，就会钝掉，你再拿这
个扎自己，就比较疼一点。不过能省好几百，疼点也就无所谓了。 |
