第三篇：慈心念
慈心念的在修行中最重要修行之一。我个人认为，慈心念，安般念，身心受念住，应该
是初学者修行的三个支柱。佛法修行中，除了以解脱为目的的念住修行是佛家独有外，
其他的业处在别的入世宗教中都可能会有类似的方法。所以，有人如果认为“ 慈心念
”类似基督教里祷告，我也赞成。慈心禅练习的内容我已在第二章安般念的前方便中讲
过，此处不在赘述。一般我会在安般息念前，睡前做全套练习。平时则只以柔软慈爱的
心态祝福境遇所缘“快乐智慧无烦恼”或“福慧圆满”。佛法里对慈心禅作用有明确定
位。根据心法及心所法我们还可以对慈心禅的法理进行推测。
对于念住修行的“观禅”，作为“止禅”的“慈心念”和“安般念”所培养的定力是必
不可少的。慈心禅的独特作用还表现在他是在“轮回”中最好的保护法之一。我们知道
，慈悲也是”四梵住”的组成部分，即入世修行的最高层”梵天”所持有的品质。佛法

呈经雄心勃勃跟SeeU说要写一篇关与现代神经神经生物学对禅修机制研究的综述。但发
现现代的科学研究总体还是在验证阶段，再加上自己也没时间完备的学好佛法，就觉得
写机制综述还是太早了。特向SeeU道个歉。
我把绌文的全稿贴在这儿了。也不想去投稿了。等到自己有新体会，再修改。

我还真去查了一下，discover的利率确实挺不错，比它高的银行确实有那么几个，但是
就高一点点。discover现在存钱有bonus，算上bonus一年还能加一个百分点，那样真不
好找比discover利率更高的了。你说比discover利率“高的多”的银行有n多，那你列
出来看看吧。

Retail. Go to website "bankholic" you will find best rates for savings and
CD, etc. Also, discover and AE all have banks offering saving and CD. They
are all FDIC insured like normal banks. |

chat让他们帮忙wavier下，客服说申请wavier被deny了，没有权限wavier。online发
了message，这次回复还挺快，结果还是不能waiver。以前chase， discover，Barclay
还有paypal的那个啥synchrony银行都能waiver，citi怎么这么抠了？ 钱虽然不多，感
觉很不爽。打电话有用么？
