06年我就怀疑过是不是真的存在二次中毒，因为这个问题太关键了，其实朱令第一次中
毒期间，正忙于129排练，应该在寝室的时间是很少的，估计也就是回去睡个觉，外面
的人有更多的投毒机会。但是在没有证据的情况下，我选择相信专家，所以我的立论基
础是，在朱令返校后，发生了二次中毒。
每次看到朱令的近况，我也觉得很难受，当年下手的人，心肠得是多么狠毒啊，但有时
想想，如果这个人不是孙维，而是我们视线外的那个，她（他）真的可以生活得好吗，

In Ubuntu 8.10, KScope is listed in the Universe repository and can be
installed using Synaptic Package Manager. In contrast, KScope is not listed
in Ubuntu 9.04 repository and cannot be installed using Synaptic.
I know Linux Cross-Reference web site. But, I am interesting how to use

发帖数: 17771 | 7 自从5.04就一直使用ubuntu，眼看着一个比一个版本好用，没想到这个9.04让俺有电失
望啊。
先是python的bug导致俺的一些程序无法运行，然后就是firefox 3.5升级事件。
firefox在ubuntu上升级从来就是很平滑的，这次却问题多多。
1、因为synaptic管理软件包的好处太多，所以基本上任何软件俺都尽量选择用apt装，
但是这样有个问题就是apt都是用root权限装的，比如firefox就是装在/usr/lib里。这
本来没啥问题，但是对于这次ff3.5就是个问题。ff3.5最普通的安装就是下载binary
code，然后解压缩到~里，这样就可以使用了，但是这样就必须依靠ff自己的升级管理
软件来更新以后的升级包，而不是依靠synaptic了。个人不喜欢这样。
2、ff3.5发布几天后，ubuntu source里面还是beta的shiretoko，一直到7/6（ff3.5发
布将近一个星期后），才有了正式版本，然而，branding name还是shiretoko，这样导
致有些网站对于这个name认为是新的浏览器，而不兼容，有些add-on不能兼容，还 |

前有更多的实验证据。
突触可塑性研究的最多的应该是LTP，其机制被认为主要是postsynaptic的。在excitat
ory的情况下，glutamate通过AMPA受体引起Na内/K外流（basal的情况下NMDAR由于Mg的

We and others so far have good evidence that synapses scale multiplicatively
in vivo.

发帖数: 77 | 25 我估计板上做patch clamp的应该不少吧，不过不知道有没有做或者曾经做过silent
synapses，估计很少，这个小topic已经没什么人碰了。
我最近尝试检测silent synapses，首先是想复制以前报道的结果，但是试了两三个月
了还是无法replicate以前报道的一些结果，用了两种方式，一个是计算amplitude 的
coefficient of variation，另一个是用最小刺激计算是synaptic response 的
failure rate， 都无法检测到silent synapses。
我觉得我的recording quality应该还可以，虽然不是每个recording在没有自发反应的
时候记录曲线都是一条直线，但是基本上也没有大的波动，leaking current在-80mv下
一般都在100pa以内，不过在+40mv的时候波动明显变大，以至于比较难以判断时候有
event发生，不过我用相对于baseline的高低的方式估算failure rate感觉还是挺准确
的。

这本书是一个儿童心理医生Bruce Perry和一个记者的合著。里面收录的都是这个医生
亲手治疗过的案例。
我自从知道有“为人父母",就想来推荐此书，但是一再犹豫。因为收录的这下案例非常
非常的extreme。有幼童亲见母亲被杀，或是遭遇性侵，还有冷血少年杀手，遭邪教洗
脑的孩子，和如书名所诉，被和狗一起圈养的孤儿。这绝对不是一个“容易”读的书。
我一直认为我的心里承受能力很不错，但是两次读此书，我都经常要take a break，我
觉得很多有孩子的人都会觉得这本书读不下去。

2007
年才全职回去多了12年。比起培养的中国学生也多多了，算国内贡献肯定不会小。如果
他一直留在国外，成就未必就比饶差。谁把饶益的文章列一列。国内多少篇，总共多少
篇，培养了多少中国学生？
