夜车早上8:40抵达苏黎世Zurich，游览苏黎世
午餐后前往琉森Luzern，抵达后入住酒店并稍作游览
苏黎世的名字好像从小学起就如雷贯耳了，所以有机会路过这里，特别安排停留半
天。
苏黎世留给我的印象不错，有可能一个原因是因为我们去的那天是周日，整个城市
处于一种休闲状态，街道上寥寥几人，连最热门的苏黎世湖畔，也只有不多的游人。
我们的路线是：
出了火车站，沿着班霍夫大道(Bahnhof strasse)往前走，然后转去雷恩贝格大街(
Rennweg)，从那里向左转进弗尔图纳大街(Fortunagasse)，沿着坡路一路找到林登霍夫
山丘(LINDENHOF)――从这个绿树成荫的小山丘上可以俯瞰利马特河沿岸的城市景色―

发帖数: 6210 | 7 BCB有35%的时候，一咬牙，一狠心，一跺脚，花了600多刀，买了Gitzo
GT2541脚架和Markins Q3球头。选这个组合可以说是经过了精心的研究，
在承重、自重和携带方便之间选了一个平衡，自我感觉应该是够用了。
其实一开始的时候，买了一个Kirk Enterprise的BH-1球头，但是感觉太大太
重了，承重指标也一般般，所以后来卖掉换成了Q3，感觉很满意。
说到这里要控诉一下Gitzo，几百刀的脚架带了一个特cheap的袋子，还不
能背。好在后来去体育用品店，灵机一动，买了一个装瑜伽垫子的包，
大小正好装得下脚架和球头，还能背在身上，出门携带方便了很多。
也要顺带控诉一下Markins，也是给了一个特cheap的袋子。一点保护作用
都没有，放在盒子里我都忘了它的存在了。
这套组合最近带去Yosemite、Big Sur等地方，很满意。直到去年底圣诞节
前几天晚上出去拍月食的时候，悲剧了。当时用的是300mm f/4加2x的增
倍镜，月全食的时候月亮正好在天顶上，相机架在上面拍出来了这么一
张照片。其实还没到月全食的时候，月亮还没到天顶，镜头斜指着月亮

Valley Hostel的Martha推荐，我亲自走过的，起止点是Lauterbrunnen。
1.Lauterbrunnen（800m）至Gruetschalp（1486m）
交通工具：上山火车（起点在火车站对面，swiss pass有效）
所需时间：大约10分钟
主要景点：火车穿行于树林中，太闷了，找个人聊天吧

难易程度：这也太容易了吧

事情是这样的，我用United Mileageplus点数兑换了全家从巴黎去瑞士苏黎士的机票，
实际飞行的是Swiss Airline的飞机，清早7点钟起飞（别的时间段没有award ticket)
。早晨5点就到了机场后4个旅客里2位顺利拿到boarding pass，但另外2人包括一个宝
宝都没拿到，说United发过来的信息有问题（我到现在也不清楚什么问题），先后在
Swiss airline的柜台和customer service那里都尝试过，没能解决。那个customer
service里的agent还电话了她的higher level and united，都是无解。我被告知这张
票是United的，Swiss airline无法“touch it”，即便是他们的飞机。我当时跑到
United在CDG机场的customer serivce，结果发现人家6:30AM才上班（Swiss airline是
5:30AM)。如果等人来，飞机肯定要延误了，别说安检什么的，行李未必都能托运。所

开始的时候只知道根据颜色来区别，可是没过多久就发现不对，即使是同样的颜色，可
是香气，味道和口感的差异都很大，有些非常好吃，有些则很不习惯。吃货的好奇心立
马就被勾起来了，之前不是提过那会儿经常看Food network的各种Cooking show么？特
别让我感兴趣的，一个就是各种香草料的作用，这已经在薯条爹写的《草本篇（上）》
和《草本篇（下）》中提到过了。另一个关注的重点，就是不同奶酪的各种区别。真可
谓不学习不知道，一学习吓一跳，原来奶酪可以有如此多的讲究！品种之丰富，口味之
多样化，让人大开眼界。这边很多出售奶酪的商店都会提供免费试吃的机会，不仅可以
尝试各种不同品种的奶酪，那些热情的服务员还很乐意跟顾客聊有关奶酪的各种话题，

我在6区，但是是靠近5区的6区，有时候也被划到5区，大部分的6区都比我这里暖和。
新农民比较激动，犯了很多错，但是也实实在在体会到了当农民的乐趣，我发现我真的
是挺适合当农民的。
1，青菜类
教训：
青菜不要种太多了。最后吃不完天一热就开花了，不开花的也不好吃了，现在地里还有
，都不想吃了。一开始天天送人，后来觉得不好吃了也不好意思送人了。
另外太招虫子啦。按理北方的春天应该没有什么虫子，尤其去年的冬天极冷，但是我在
community garden的地在0度左右就很多虫子了。
育苗太早啦，结果都在小盒子里开花了，后来是直播的，过犹不及也
明年的计划：communuty garden的地要到4月中才分到手，提前育苗是必须的，但是也
不用太早。3月中到3月底育苗就行了。移栽之后上塑料膜（保暖+防虫），天气暖和一
些改上remay（防虫防虫！）。另外种的量够吃一个月就行了，吃不完天热了也不好吃
了。吃太久了也不觉得好吃。
2，瓜类：主要是黄瓜
教训：
我的黄瓜很惨很惨，到现在吃了两根，不知道什么时候才有第三根。为啥说很惨？

最常练的还是在远距离滑行过程中，注意每以次push后的收回，以利于外刃出刀。
有关轮子的rotation，倒是很多厂家都建议作，反正洗轴承的时候也是必须全拆下来，
装回去的时候顺手就作了，也不麻烦，具体各个轮子的磨损有什么不同，我也说不上来。
你这套Bont ABEC-7，我建议你洗的时候拆掉一侧的Shield，也别再装回去了。我一般
用miniral spirit洗，有人用acetone，还有人甚至就用汽油。等洗完晾干后，如果不
加任何润滑油，转的“那是相-当-的快，相-当-的长”啊，配上110mm轮子估计能到
4min，不过谁都不愿意不加润滑油冒险。
有关轴承，我只推荐Bones Swiss或者BSB Swiss，那个Bones Red是中国产的，挂牌儿
的产品而已，我上一个跟帖已经明显表明它的performance比瑞士产的原装货要差一些
。另外BSB的产品，除了swiss以外，包括BSB Swiss Light和其它的ABEC系列也都是中

发帖数: 188 | 37 昨天在家锻炼，只有12磅的哑铃。Glutes 和hamstrings 还没有完全恢复，做Hip
raise with feet on a Swiss ball的时候很明显。感觉昨天的锻炼整体质量比较差。
安慰自己说，比没锻炼好。最后做了几个yoga pose，感觉蛮放松的，以后要考虑加进
健身日程。
最近让我很纠结的是健身的目的，是减肥呢，还是健康。虽然fit和healthy并不冲突，
安排锻炼的时候还是有区别的。比如，要lean，HIIT 比 low heart rate run要有效，
要心血管健康、血糖稳定，那后者更有效。快一个月了，一直在HIIT和low heart rate
run之间摇摆。
想来想去觉得还是每周三次weight lifting， 一次60 minute run，两次yoga。这
样肌肉，心血管，脑都照顾到。显然不是一个最优的减肥计划。

镇小村。我们这次的行程是以伦敦巴黎为据点向外拓射，英伦以伦敦为中心环
游剑桥，诺丁汉，牛津，巴斯，等地；欧洲大陆从巴黎开始，历经法国的安那西（Annecy)，香慕尼（Chamonix)，St Flour， Avignon， Arles， 瑞
士的Altdorf，德国黑森林的Fussen，奥地利的Innsbruck和Salzburg，意大利
的San Gimignano，Siena， Cinque Terre，等等；很多地方以前都没有听说过
，我们每到一个地方，都坚持住小村，吃民俗饭，所以整个旅程没有吃
过一顿美国饭和中国饭。最好吃的正宗法国菜是在Nice附近的一家家庭小饭店
，从晚上八点一直吃到11点，菜个个都十分unique，鸭肝糕，羊酪饼等等都是
