我先带头。后院 overseed 的部分基本上已经不太看得出来原来是秃的

前院一个星期前刚刚撒种，然后就出差了。每天喷6 次水，每次10分钟。
MP rotator 出水量少，时间要长些。回来发现其实不太对，一次还是有
点多。现在改成 5 分钟，争取多几次。已经可以看到有些种子发红色的
嫩芽了。

跟其他主粮作对照。
比如人均年从玉米摄入的热量占总热量摄入量的x%，小麦摄入的热量占总摄入量的y%。
对比x，y，那才有意义。
不能因为玉米产量高，其他用途多来否认或者肯定其是否主粮。

生活在美国，如果你不想吃转基因食品，那也不是不可能，但还是有相当难度的。我本
人不是研究转基因的专家，但对转基因却非常关心。美国超市里有转基因食品上市了，
方舟子和崔永元又打起来了，这样的时候，我都要跑去看看热闹。美国政府在2015年初
批准转基因苹果（北极苹果）在美国上市之后，我过段时间就去超市转一圈，很想亲眼
看看转基因苹果是什么样子，但到目前我还没有见过转基因苹果，更没有吃过转基因苹
果。我等得都有点急了。现在中国国内有句讽刺人的话：你就是吃转基因的命，操转基
因的心！我还真是这样的人。

科普博主Mark Rober找到加拿大的实验室配合，决心查出泳池里究竟有多少尿……
Mark分别在私人泳池与公共泳池的水池和热水池一共采样4次，直接送去实验室检验。
同时，水源的水做对照组，也不能放过。
检测由加拿大实验室的专家Lindsay Blacekstock进行。
Lindsay说：“有很确凿的证据显示人们真的会在泳池里尿尿，这次的检测会用一种新
方式监测尿的含量，却不必用上真的尿。”
实验采用的新检测方式——从样品中检测出来的人造甜味剂的含量来推算尿的含量。因
为人造甜味剂（sweetener）不会从其他任何地方来，除了人的尿液，所以准确性可以
得到保证。
如果能在泳池中检测到人造甜味剂，并且知道它们在每个人的尿液中平均含量有多少，
就可以推算出大概有多少尿在泳池里了。
其实也可以通过测量水池中尿素的含量来得到结果，但尿素还可以来自人的汗液，而汗
