流水账篇
08年夏天在南开和running结缘以后，能拿下一次全马的梦想就在心里悄然萌芽，但是
因为种种原因，那年十月只在北京参加了半马。虽说跑的还算轻松，但内心深处对于全
马除了向往，更多的还是敬畏。09年夏天来到可乐鸡镇以后，发现这边随处可见各种男
女老少在路边跑步，内心又不安分起来。大概是俺们村地儿太小，搞个全马很容易跑到
邻村的地界上去，引来归属权和冠名权的争议，所以只有一个搞了不过三四届的半马。
聊胜于无，练了一个多月再次上场。第二次跑半马比第一次轻松很多，心里便嚣张地觉
得全马也许没有多么恐怖，便开始搜索附近哪里有全马可以玩，Austin Marathon一下
子就吸引了我的眼球。还记得大二的时候在网上测试过美国哪个城市最适合我居住，答

表达方式，完了把纸递给他，心想：你小子这下得服气了吧？
孰料那老美接过纸后扫了一眼，淡淡说道：“K，我们英语里关于做爱的表
达方式实在是太多了，一张纸写不下，今晚回去我e-mail给你吧。”
我愣住了，茫然地点了点头，说了声好。

其实美国的national park长的都差不多,去过东边儿的一个
你就知道东边的这些都什么样了.Acadia不过多了几个beach,
大同小异.如果你打算get sweaty,hike几个mile,那里的天气
不错,温度很适合hiking.
我们在Bar Harbor镇里的Anchorage motel住了一晚.那个motel
看起来是附近旅馆里价格比较平民化的一个.我们是早了10天打
的电话订的床位,99刀,不过比如果当天去要被宰的279刀比起来
还是便宜不少.因为这个motel离镇子中心很近,可以步行,所以
对于我们短暂停留的吃喝腐败很有好处.要知道在镇子里找到
parking是及其困难的.

to put a little steam in it to adjust the humidity. I don't like steam
very much because it just makes me too sweaty.
yes, you need water barrier. It is a layer of aluminum foil around the
wood boards. And you need to finish the floor too so it is easy to clean
the extra water. Ideally, you need a drainage on the floor. but I didn't
do it. It is just too much work and again I just don't like a lot of
water.
