NB WT110跑trail 7.5号，toe box应该挺大的，跑的时候脚前掌相当舒服，不过跑到6
个mile之后左脚足弓有点隐隐地疼，但是不影响跑完10mile，不过回到家坐一会儿再站
起来足弓就会觉得疼，走走能好点，然后第二天下楼梯的时候会有点疼，膝盖觉得紧。
invo15用在小区里跑的，7.5号，鞋子整体比较紧，但是不小也不挤脚，很轻，跑的时
候能感觉路面，觉得很踏实，个人感觉有助于速度的提高。。仍然6-7mile左脚足弓疼
，第二天还是会隐隐作痛，膝盖紧。
昨天第一次试穿了云surfer，小区里跑，还是7.5号，用RW shoefit做的比较，不过感
觉有点大了，看来可以穿厚袜子试试。。。跑了9个mile，感觉鞋子好有弹性啊，下坡
我总害怕摔跤，不过这个鞋子抓地很好，一点不担心，但是没有155跑起来那么踏实。
脚掌刚起跑的时候有点发麻，不知道是鞋子大了还是鞋带系紧了，跑开了之后就慢慢好
了，左脚足弓只疼了1-2次，总体还挺好的，倒是中间有段时间右脚足弓莫名其妙的感

排在我的那张清单上面第一位的，就是——去玩一次冲浪。每当海水一波一波的涌
向海滩，拿起冲浪板飞身上去，快速划动双臂，同时收紧身体，如同箭鱼一般，等到了
风口浪尖，果断迅速地站起来，把浪墙上面画一道长长的水痕。一个鼓鼓的浪，或者被
风吹得饱满的风帆，叫做——SWELL。：）
在海滩上拍摄冲浪，尤其是拍摄冲浪的SURFER GIRL是很难的，第一，得拍摄出真正冲
浪的感觉，就那么一瞬间，非常难以捕捉。第二，得看得出来，是个girl.:)最好是个
sexy girl.
所以，黑色水靠的不要，哪怕是可以更好的防止风浪把身体打得生疼优良装备。Bikini
才是王道，而且要嫣红的，檬黄的，在碧波里看得真切。：）
如果有长长的头发，请参照安吉丽娜朱丽同学在古墓丽影二的造型，梳一条长长的高高
的马尾辫，在风浪水花中那么一甩，很酷的。：）

好像去年那个地方我也被困过，被一个奇迹般出现的surfer，站在悬崖下面的水中。
示范水虽然看不到底但不深，才到他的腰，指引我绕过悬崖走出去的。

Here's a basic size scale to go by. A small surfer would be someone between
50 - 100 lbs, medium would be 100 - 175 lbs, large would be 175 - 250 lbs,
and someone over 250 lbs would be an x-large surfer.
On the other hand, if you're considering a fun board or an egg, something
between 6'8 and 7'6 (in the correct thickness range) should do well for the
small, medium, and large sized rider. An x-large rider would do well on an 8

发帖数: 135 | 16 都说这几天浪大，今天就抱着侥幸心理去doheny撞撞运气（我是希望浪不要太大，比平
时大一点就好）。据说doheny是相对比较小的，这几天来说比较安全。
车子下了五号，顺着一号快到state beach的时候刚好能看到海边。好家伙，刚好看到
几排大浪，吓得我小心噗通噗通的跳。
停好车，都没敢直接下板，先到海边看看情况。走近了看其实还好，大概4到5feet的样
子。海里已经好多surfer了，浪不错，从很远的地方起来一直快到beach了才变成白浪
。赶快招呼朋友拿板，穿wetsuit，下！
paddle出去后倒是没浪了，等了20分钟，远远看到浪头过来了，爽啊，都不用怎么
paddle，直接就catch之，popup也很容易。尝试转向，主要是水平有限，还有长板也偏
重，角度不是很大。不过一路冲到beach边的感觉很棒。后面还抓了几个不错的浪，玩
了四个小时，精疲力尽也心满意足了。
今天的surfer密度很大，浪好的地方从外面到里面都排满了。就算是高手都难免会撞在
一起。按照不成文的规矩，在最外面catch到的surfer有优先权，里面的人就算不往边
上让的话也不能paddle回来把人家的路 |

这个地方冲浪的地方就在一个悬崖下，观众就在悬崖上面看。
第二张里一个surfer正朝海里走，有的人直接就从悬崖边上跳下去。

发帖数: 135 | 25 上周roadtrip游山玩水，顺便体验了一把北加冰冷汹涌的海水。
周五早上到了bodega，到surfshark转了转，没看到什么deal，问了店里的小弟哪里适
合surfing，小弟很热情的说往北五分钟就到salmon creek，今天的wave大概2到3feet
，适合初学者。
到了地方，基本上路边就是紧埃beach的悬崖，差不多二十多米高，有小路可以走下去
。路边parking免费，但是很难找到车位。海里的surfer不多，但是技术都很好，LD说
的好：“人家都是‘弄潮儿'，你的水平还是别下去了”。路边好多带了板的都是停下
看看就走了，看来今天的浪的确不好。可是我一个多礼拜没下水，已经管不了那么多了
，就当下去锻练身体好了，一边说着一边飞快的穿上我的3/2wetsuit
看看这边surfer的装备
每个人无一例外都是至少4/3的wetsuit，还带hoodie。今天浪大，每个人都拿的短板，
我没选择，出门图方便，只有8尺的funboard，显得跟周围人格格不入。没办法，豁出
去了。
海边有警示牌，说有rip current，还有讲解如何自救的，另外加一句“没有救生员”

好像要说到点上了。在不影响web surfer获取相关信息的前提下，怎么防止这个全局的
帐号和密码被人轻易地hack掉？如果不设htaccess密码，源代码是很容易被别人看到，
可怕的是db的帐号和密码就暴露无遗了。如果设了htaccess密码，web surfer就访问不
到相关网页了。
：但是根据前端登陆用户的role不同，authorization也不同，来决定脚本
前面我的糊涂意识得不到解答，要理解这个很有难度啊

不过我好笨，我还是没搞清楚。
比方说web surfer要查一个房间信息，我这边相对应的文件是rooms.php，保存在query
目录里，就是query/rooms.php了。rooms.php里include了 ../includes/dbconnection
.php, 在dbconnection.php里有db用户密码信息。我用htaccess把includes这个目录保
护起来,这样的结果是web surfer就不能得到相关信息了。

今天跟大家介绍一款基于云端的翻wall方案，这个方案，我敢保证百分之九十九不可能
被河蟹，我也敢说这款软件匿名度，达到了一个空前的高度。为什么我这么说呢，因为

Dalai Lama's Chinese-language website has been compromised with malicious
software that is infecting computers of visitors with software that could be
used for spying on its visitors.
Kaspersky Lab researcher Kurt Baumgartner told Reuters that he is advising
web surfers to stay away from the Chinese-language site of the Central
Tibetan Administration's site until the organization fixes the bug.

我的依据很简单：我们的女儿、女婿都是澳洲人，却每年都非得到美国去不行。因
为他们在美国也有生意，也有钱好拿。而我呢？我每年都要满怀兴趣地、好奇地讯问他
们：美国几乎样样都是世界第一，是一个超级强国，你们在美国又有生意，不必找工作
，不必愁过不了日子，为什么不住到美国去，或者干脆移民美国去做一个美国人？我女
儿每次都这样回答我：“说实话，我已到过美国的许多主要城市，比较起来，我还是觉
得住在雪梨更好。”
我女儿是一个诚实的普通人，一切从实际出发，一切从生活的本义出发。她的这
个结论我也是不能不相信的。这样看来，澳洲比美国好。
好了，地球上的三个主要的移民国家中，澳洲乃是最理想的移民居留国。难怪澳洲
的移民压力一年比一年大，人口一年比一年增长得快，到今年十二月四日，我国人口已

he went swimming and became distressed from the currents, Long Branch police
have said.
A surfer who was in the area pulled Liu on his surfboard for a brief period
before authorities with the Long Branch Police Department and the Long
Branch Fire Department's Water Rescue Team responded, according to police.
Liu was taken to Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch where he was
pronounced dead. |
