跟这帮自称理科的文科生物wsn实在纠缠不清楚。给丫们上点洋大人自己的说法吧，而
且都是学术圈的，已有reference一堆，其中一份是著名的兰德公司的报告。
另外，美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪，拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的

加州dmv貌似还有个“押金”方法，就是交三万？的押金，可以不买保险好像。。。

Some lender will let you self-insure if you can provide some written proof
surety-bond from your bank or bond company.
Since the insurace is so cheap, it is a much better deal than to let a large

要开通水/废水账号的话，City of Houston要求存入deposit。没明确说要多少钱，只
说$5000以上会给个Surety Bond Form或者irrevocable letter of credit。大家都是
怎么处理的？得存多少钱？
另外，垃圾处理需要申请账号吗？在网上愣是没找到说明。

但是你一般通过代理和他们打交道
货代，报关行都是所谓的代理
反正你记住保险公司给代理的价格是200即可 |

通常是insurance公司给货代或者报关行的价格。
货代给客人的报价一般是500，然后转手扔给报关行做。啥事情不干就赚200多
我年年续bond，从来没有被要求过这些东西。我去年帮别人买，也没有要求这些东西。
难道现在逃关税的人太多了？

在的,然后启动调查. 拖上几个月. ICC的clients基本上不会等,也不会初具任何证明材

发帖数: 311 | 50 我无牌驾驶了一年，就是因为刚买车 Dealer 就申请破产了。
至少是我的registration被搁置了。所以我就若无其事的拿着Dealer那块广告牌开了一
年。
后来想想实在不能再这么开下去，而且第一年在 dealer 那里交的 registration 应该
快过期了。就一个人跑到 dmv 哭诉，然后他们给了我一对文件一个单子，要做什么做
什么都有，照做就好了。
记得我当初要做一个 smog check，再买一个 surety bond，就好了。 |
