应该是手术前插了FOLEY CATHETER,手术时切除全部或部分PROSTATE然后插上suprapubic
(S/P
) catheter,然后FOLEY REMOVAL, 两个不是同时WORK的吧? |

发帖数: 184 | 6 请问怎样才知道有没有耻骨联合分离呢？ 我大概一个月前生的，当时有点肩难产，虽
然最终是顺产，但产后两周停了止痛药后发现左腿根部（和骨盆链接处）很痛，特别是
走路时，几乎无法把身体重心放到左腿上。我一直以为是因为当时采用的McRoberts
maneuver姿势和suprapubic pressure而且push了近40分钟导致肌肉拉伤。最近开始涂白虎活络油外加热敷好了
些，等着6周OB的checkup。
我现在就有点疑惑，这个症状会不会不是单纯的肌肉拉伤，而有可能是耻骨联合分离呢
？请问mm你这个是什么时候怎样诊断的呢？ |

in a big cancer center focusing on pt with prostate cancer for clinical
trials. I know some basic knowledge of the advancement in this area.
Basically if there is already bone metastasis, then secondary hormonal
therapy, chemotherapy. Recently abiraterone is approved for advanced
prostate cancer. There is one new chemotherapy approved last year as well.

桑兰这样的肯定QUALIFY NURSING HOME PLACEMENT。
只要有保险COVER，NURSING HOME当然收了。有吃有喝有人伺候。但是绝对不要梦想美
国政府出钱给你零花了。
估计住几个月就会得褥疮，没人送自己就会要求回国了。
谁给你每天STRAIGHT CATH啊，给你插个INDWELLING FOLEY或是小肚子上打个洞上个
SUPRAPUBIC CATH。就等着尿道感染吧。 |
