因为种种原因，我很怕跟同事关系搞不好，尤其忌讳被学生扯进去其它同事的纠纷。。
。。最近却偏偏遇到这么一件事情，请教下大家觉得该怎么办？
我一直有一个很能干的grader （T），她跟我做了好几个学期了，我们互相都很适应。
。这学期教的课有一百个人，所以需要2个grader, 就又新找了D。。grader 涉及到5项
任务：
1）每人判50个人的作业；
2）负责解答学生发到邮箱里的问题，因为我一个人忙不过来；
3）跟作业相关的recitation，这个需要准备而且需要去教室讲课;
4）把作业的答案及时上传到网上（solution不用新作，因为题目跟以前的一样）。。。
因为T跟我做了好几个学期了，所以经过大家三人商量后，T自动承担了1-4，D只做1。
。。开始相安无事，直到10月初，T因为找到了工作就辞掉了grader工作，她临走前帮
我找到了N来接替她，她们自己商量好是由D来接管T原来的那些活儿（因为N是新手）。。
没几天功夫，D不愿意回答学生的问题了（2），她没有直接跟我讲，而是在学生问她问

suppose c is 4 and 6, then d can be (1,3) or (3,9). suppose d is (1,3) first,
a is (2,8), the remaining are 5,7,9 can't be b. suppose d is (3,9), then
a has to be (2,8) again, the remaining are 1,5,7 still can't be included in b.
thus the answer is a(1,9), b(4,5), c(3,8), d(2,6). the remaining card is 7. |
