特殊能力....... your talking about superhero comics again
nowadays people see hot bodies everywhere ah,
when you walk in the mall, watch TV, browse internet.
of course most of those are photoshopped. but it does raise the bar.
DB7 is indeed special, maybe he represents a good total package. and he's
consistent thru the yrs (i'm not talking about his soccer career...)
i always thought his upper body lacks some definition. i like his legs tho. |

T*R 发帖数: 25894 | 5 Here is an exclusive first look of Scarlett Johansson in the upcoming
blockbuster movie “The Avengers”.
Scarlett was originally slated to play the role of the “Black Widow”, but
producers soon realized that the Black Widow character was “stupid”. So
Scarlett Johansson will now be playing a newly imagined superhero called “
Chesty McTits”.
As you can see Chesty possess the superpower of distraction, and her
righteous tits of justice are a force to be reckoned with. The rest of “The
Avengers” are ... 阅读全帖 |

昨天看到有人穿five fingers跑ultra.hehe. he was not forefeet-landing though |
|
w****1 发帖数: 4931 | 10 That's crazy. I can't imagine how to run in five fingers without landing on forefoot -- that sounds like "total shin destruction".
Just found out that I finished #13. Had I knew I'd rank so well I'd have pushed harder! |
|
w****1 发帖数: 4931 | 11 Whoo-hoo, what a race! I lined up right at the front of the pack, and when
the gun went off I blasted out. Couldn't believe that nobody was trying to
stay with me! Then I wasn't sure whether I'm supposed to turn left or right,
and the guy behind me said "follow the cop car!" So I went after the police
car, way ahead of the pack. It felt AWESOME! Though I let my adrenaline
took over a bit too much, and after 800m I knew I had gone out too hard.
What the heck, I'm just gonna enjoy this while I can... 阅读全帖 |

w****1 发帖数: 4931 | 22 It was a completely wild experience for me, hehe. Next time I'll try to pace myself better though. It was windy
and for a while three guys were drafting behind me and I felt like I was doing more work than I should be! I
left before seeing the official results. My guess is that the winner's time is probably around 17:30, no faster
than 17 minutes. |

w****1 发帖数: 4931 | 25 turned out that the winner's time was 17:39 -- he is really stronger than
the rest because he was wearing a cape (as superman) on a windy day! my
official time was 18:32 -- must have started my watch a second late. Now I
really felt that I had a chance to PR if I ran a smarter first mile. Oh well

w****1 发帖数: 4931 | 31 I had to jog 3.5 miles to the race start and 3.5 miles back home, that's why
I wore the arm warmers. It was
windy, so I decided to take my shirt off the last minute to reduce the air
drag, hehe. |

w****1 发帖数: 4931 | 37 except that you were running 5:00 pace while I was doing 5:40. :)
tuoniao ran 18:20 in his tune up race before NYCM last year. I'm 3-4 sec/
mile slower, and if I could run the
marathon 5 sec/mile slower than tuoniao did last year, that'll give me just
under 3 hours, haha. |

w****1 发帖数: 4931 | 40 thanks for the tip. I'll mostly pace myself by effort and not by absolute
pace this time. no pressure.
I have never run more than a quarter mile at 5:00 pace. It's one of my
lifetime goals to achieve a 5-minute
mile.:)
tell tuoniao that you gotta get your money's worth. |

My start horn yesterday was a cannon. Nobody hesitated to blast out. |
