反馈的消息是suntrust的rule太晦涩，那些帐户qualify也不清楚，条理,只能一个帐号一个bonus,一个unique delta一个bonus,primary acoount user 才能获得bonus,好像矛盾，那个银行好像回过神来大家都是来要miles，似乎开始cancel了 |

credit。$150在close时候从closing cost里减掉，$250在close之后设置自动还款给

发帖数: 4192 | 30 最有趣的当年local 2个broker听说我到suntrust去问过5/1 ARM，直接说他们没法
compete，连quote都不给，网上的broker比suntrust高不是一点半点。当时suntrust好
像那个利率只给自己人，没有wholesale。
另外我发现broker好像对ARM兴趣都不大，特别是华人broker，电话过去，都不能直接
报出利率，需要去查。绝大多数人喜欢30年的客户。只有direct lender热情一点。 |

不管另一边银行有没有 ach in/out fee ,都是免手续费?
例如 boa/wachovia/suntrust ach 转出都要 3 dollar
如果从 citi/hsbc 网站下令从 boa/wachovia/suntrust 转钱到 citi/hsbc
这样还会被收 boa/wachovia/suntrust 收 3 dollar 吗?

发帖数: 274 | 32 再次声明一下，我用的是mastercard自己的oo，不是Suntrust.之所以拿出Suntrust的
解释只是为了说明这个描述与我当时给的三种unlock方法差不多。（本人就没有
suntrust的卡）
因为我没有之前被lock的截图，而且在http://marketplace.mastercard.com/的网站上也找不出任何它lock我帐户的信息。所以，我就不再去争辩啥了。
昨天，我在ipod上装了oo的软件，发现在ipod的oo application显示了当初帐户被lock
的信息，见附图。证明我当天确实因为没有点shop被lock过。
至于，大家为什么都没有碰到过这种情况，我就不清楚了。也许，因为大家虽然没买东
西，但是都点过shop now的按钮，不会触发他的lock机制。或者，只是mastercard oo
系统对我帐户的误操作。Anyway，我只是当时碰到的lock的情况，怕大家也被lock，第
一时间上来善意提醒罢了。大家如果有不想用的oo，最好点一下shop now，当然这只是我
的猜测而已。

做Wells Fargo, 很轻松， 4.0% 和 3.99% 其实就基本没太大区别， 听起来好听而已
。上过Suntrust
的大当， 所以 送你一句忠告。
除非非做 7/1 --才送Suntrust， 他们的利息不比 PF 差， 还不需要 impound. |

alexandria,VA)。小区环境很好，房间是apartment，3楼有电梯。小区有门禁系统，非
常安全。早晚有班车来往于小区和Pentagon City地铁站（蓝线）。有独立的卫生间。
小区门口有Giant，Starbucks，McDonald，CVS和Suntrust等，生活十分便利。小区门
口有多趟公交车经过，每天也有很多校车（具体哪些学校在这里接人就不是很清楚了）
。你的室友是一个中国女孩，家里养有一只狗一只猫，都是友好安静的小动物，而且我
室友会照顾，不会麻烦到你。狗平时会在笼子里或者室友房间，猫会在阳台。

发帖数: 4192 | 41 lender是roundpoint mortgage，application的时候说的是closing cost -$200，最后
因为appraisal,title fee少了些，closing cost是-$500。
loan 380K，因为virginia refinance到不同的lender需要付全额的transfer tax ($
1500）,所以这个利率还算满意。
原来是suntrust,3.375%，12/15 funding，suntrust只charge了14天的利息。
roundpoint charge17天。
lender是zillow上找的。
roundpoint基本上所有人态度都很好，email立刻回。但是loan processor极慢，不知
道是不是thanksgiving的原因。最后30天lock过期，只能extend一次。发现extend
也要查credit report，而且影响credit score，对我影响5分。从application到close
，38天。 |

我第一个lender是suntrust，10mile内7个branch,一个都不肯match 100 mile外branch
给的rate（网上找的）,最后还是用了100 mile外的那个suntrust agent。
第二次网上找的roundpoint，本地找了另外两家，local的最后在match battle中败下
阵来。个人结论是本地找不到好的。直接上网找省力多了。 |

。结果一个小信贷公司给我3.625%， 结果suntrust match了。
这样算是很好的rate了吧。
省了几十块一个月，还是很开心的。 |

。什么个体户拉，revenue 填了1000什么的。过了3天，还在pending,心急就打后门电
话。小姐一通问题，什么前两年什么的阿，就说没有过。又接着立即打了第二个，没用
，说不行，原因是最近开卡太多，有欠额什么的。于是付清了帐单，然后往checking
加了几十k,过了4天，又打电话去要求recon,一个新手接的，问了类似的经典问题，帮
我输到电脑里面去，然后说没有显示结果，要我等。
接下去怪事来了，隔了几天又打电话，说能看到我的申请，但是没法打开我的申请，找
到了manager,也没有用，说试了几个地方，就是看不了，打不开，系统错误等等。连
recon也不行，让我等。过两天收到据信，说第二次recon也没有过，因为已有额度太高
。然后就是一个星期一个电话，每次都是说不行，打不开，看不到。
其他帐户都正常，也没有被关。
请问各位有经验的，这是什么情况？难道是要被关的前奏？
