... ...
总而言之，就是原先叫2.x的，突然间把前缀去掉了，升级成了Solaris 7，
跟现在的Java版本的叫法相似，从JDK1.4.2，一下子升级到了JDK5.0

然后大家以该野人为主题展开讨论。

所以说，知我者，suno也。好像那个时候他的主id是Crocin, 这是他当时研究的物质，
哈哈。
当时只有suno同学立刻明白，并用碧霞元君的典故指出此泰山非彼泰山。因为碧霞元君
跟东岳有关，跟野人无关。

，用的是Fortran，在SunOS和Linux上的结果不一样，后来发现是有一个变量没有初始
化，在SunOS上被初始化为0，但是在Linux就没有。我觉得多用些printf，二分法分段
猜测，花些时间应该就能找出来，就是最后会感叹，写程序容易调程序难 :O) |

黑客是当今最酷的一个词，从2000年YAHOO等巨型网站被黑到国
内爆发的反台独大战，黑客的身影无处不在，到底黑客的“工作方式
”是如何操作的？从这篇文章里我们可以略知一二。
2000年3月17日晚7点，我独自一个人在家，打开电脑，连上线，
进入王朔的主页。
回想前几天，无意中看见一篇王朔回答国中网记者的访谈。王朔
的长篇大论，实在是吓了我一跳，近段时间，无论对在媒体还是圈内
，王朔的姿态一直非常高调，如果这种嚣张是一个文人的基本素质和
德性———正是这种假设使我产生了入侵王朔网站的强烈冲动。
从王朔的网站退出来，例行一下扫描，没发现异常，该网站使用
SunOS5．7。记得曾听某位“黑友”谈起SunOS，称它为漏洞满天的操
作系统，但我一直以为SunOS是我所知道的系统里，安全可靠性最高
的一个，所以觉得这个网站并不简单。再看了一下扫描结果，咦？怎

Now we just want to reuse it, but can't login as root. What can we do in this
situation? Re-install the OS? or some other ways? The original OS in this

get it free! (what's differnet between SunOS 5.8 and Solaris 8, or 9?) So, how
can i do? Can we just install a solaris 9 and wipe out the old version? |

Sun 以前的系统是 Solaris。NCBI 上应该有这个平台的 blast 可执行代码。就不知道
那个版本和你的 SunOS 5.9 兼容。自己试试吧。这个可执行代码大多是下载后就可用
，不需要编译，也不需要管理员权限。
另外，Windows 下的 Blast 也一样干活啊。 为什么非用那个 cluster 呢？

+ compliant to support BOOST - I already turned stl4port option on.
I googled this issue but could not find any helpful clues. Maybe the
compiler I was using is not up to date (SunOS C++ 5.5).
Now it seems GCC is the ideal compiler in term of C++ standard compliance.
VC++ compiler is way not too slack while the solaris one too harsh. But
regarding code optimization and compilation speed, GCC sucks :-(
