然后我们俩海归，这房子就出租了。因此对出租的价位难易也需要考虑。
这几天去看了the Terraces@Dublin Ranch,一个挺新的condo，我们看上里面两个model
,房型基本一样，也都是1300sq ft左右的2b2.5b,区别是一个model的客厅是sunken
design,显得错落有致，同时2 garage是封闭的（有门，有楼梯通房间），另外一个
model客厅就是和餐厅厨房连起来的，garage是公用的地下车位。但是价钱居然差了4万
多：前者$450K,后者$410K.
这样俺们还是蛮纠结的。。比较喜欢前者的设计，有自带车库也挺好，但是考虑到出租
的话，两个大小基本一样的房子（除了车库）是不是出租价钱也差不多？另外去哪儿能
仔细了解一下某个地段的出租情况呢？我查了craiglist找到的类似房子很少，价钱也
参差不齐。
另外，出租的话condo和townhome难易程度如何比较呢？我们发现同一地区附近

lately. The connection points between these two fingers and the palm are not

putting was terrible... I actually took the beginner's class (group of
8-people) right on the Sunken course, 6 one-hour sessions for $95, not bad;
and it helped improve my swing.

发帖数: 674 | 40 I took a series of 4 (maybe 5) 45minutes beginners' classes from Sunken
Garden for $100. It is OK considering the cheap price but not great compared
with private courses taught by PGA professionals. But it did what it
supposed to do, teach you swing and putting basics.
And I think it is the only place in sunnyvale has a driving range.
Pruneridge may be another choice but I don't like it personally because it
is too crowded. If you want to hit off the grass, the closest one is
