都只去过一次，感觉foxwoods很大，很多桌，但是环境很烂，就像地下室。players很
loose，好的player也比较多。
mohegan suns桌子少，环境好太多了。players给我感觉普遍很tight，好的player不多。
大家感觉呢？哪里fish多点？还有，这个周五周六有人打算去么？ |

烈日下煎鸡蛋（frying egg in the sun）
——2012年8月9日下午3点9分至5点多，室外温度达到49度。整个煎蛋过程大约花了2个
小时。这是一个试验类型的实验，目的是想亲自了解高温天气下烈日是否真的能煎蛋。
结论是可以，但整个过程比意料时间长。如果把鸡蛋打均匀了，可以大大缩短煎蛋时间。 |

而且因为有墙根，未来还有其他灌木替它们挡太阳，一天也就见光4-5小时。
问题是，这4-5小时候包括中午阳光。
这两天太阳一烈，果然叶子上出现了灼伤的黄黑色，并且叶子卷曲。
怎么办呢？
就盼能熬过第一年，明年它们前方的灌木就高了，能帮它们多遮住一些中午的太阳。
这个号称能忍耐full sun，还是不行啊！Hydrangea就这么怕晒？ |

有一台 SUN T5120 SERVER on Solaris 10，1.2GHz 的CPU，可是却被VIRTUALLY
分成了32 个PROCESSOR，分到每一个PROCESSOR上面的CPU POWER不足以满足要求。
我的APPLICATION是单进程的，请问number of virtual processors 是可以设定
的吗？怎样设定？

buy.com至少表面看起来是用asp做的，不过有意思的是，其后台数据库
用的是foxPro，前两天查询一个东西，说ODBC错，foxPro怎么怎么着 :-)
ebay.com如果我没有猜错，用的也是NT平台，ISAPI技术，因为它的连接中
有什么eBayISAPI.dll。
valueamerica.com也是asp。
倒是见过几个网站用了jsp技术，还so far还没有看见网上商店用JSP做的。
微软的东西有个最大的好处就是“易用性”，在大陆时，与一些用户谈起来，
许多提起UNIX就会摇头，说培训员工就够麻烦的，还是用NT吧。
现在是SUN、IBM、Oracle等联合起来与微软对抗，谁胜谁负，或双赢，不太好说。

发帖数: 274 | 46 我去年6月打算考，先做了一套，大概马马虎虎60%的样子，然后就买了书准备
有空时磨两星期枪就去考，结果这“有空”一拖到现在还没考。对找工作我觉
得用处不大，现在的Java工作基本都是server side的，考个programmer的证书
用处不大。不过我同意考一下确实能把Java的细节过一遍，有用。
Java的好处是草根阶层的力量很强大，五花八门的package/open source/
framework层出不穷，不象微软的东西基本就是微软指哪大家打哪。当然草根这个
东西也是有利有弊。语言这东西，有没有大公司力挺非常关系。象Basic这种
烂东西（当然我可能有个人偏见）因为微软在弄，一直不死，我个人非常喜欢
的Perl，非常好使，草根也很强（或者曾经很强），最终还是式微了。
虽然java确实是不错，但它能流下下来和有SUN (还有ＩＢＭ等）后面撑腰
是分不开的，现在眼瞅着SUN不行了，Java的前景就有些不乐观，最后是不是
C#一通天下还真是不好说。
：是上手快，用着简单，做起demo特fansy，深入下去就是搬砖头了。因为什么都是MS
：自己提供的，空间太小。 |
