户吧。我们看过的小区，crosspointe,society hill, Summerhill Meadows,
kingswood, country wood,都是有中国人滴~~
从学区内小学里亚裔比例来看，应该是Society Hill亚裔人口最多，具体是哪个国籍的
就不知道了 |

本人要四月分入住。Google上搜到附近有很多apartments
，比如 Shadows Apartments, Oakwood Mountain View, Tamarind Square，
Kensington Place Apartments，Summerhill Park, The Meadows, Morse Court
Apartments, Sunnyvale Town Center Apartments。 但看地图发现他们离机场(
Moffett Federal Airfield)挺 近。离San Jose 国际机场也不远。担心会很吵。也不
知是否安全。
在craigslist上有一些Sunnyvale南面house里single room的广告。房租要便宜
很多，但感觉有些远，也不知是否安全。

北边101和El Camino之间老墨特别多，砸车偷GPS之类的事儿不算少见
这其中有个例外是Encinal Park附近的几个Apts
包括Summerhill Park, The Meadows，Windmere，Macara Gardens等
被公司写字楼包围，住户基本上都是老中和老印，环境不错也很安全
Moffet Field没有定期商业航班，只有军用飞机和NASA的一些飞机
起降不算频繁，不是大问题 |

房子朝向不满意。而且当时看到一个中国人找经理投诉呢。估计是楼上声音太大了。之
前偶也在apartmentreview里看过房客对该小区的评价，不好耶。
等会有要出去看房，前面刚看了一summerhill环境不行耶。临近的地方插了好几个牌子
是crime watch,说明曾经发生过事情耶。
