travlers advantage 月费 is $12 so it will charge me $144 a year but I can
reimburse $200 a year by sumbitting my HSBC's purchase statement.
If I join 2 programs together, I will pay $288 a year for 2 programs but I
can get back $400 by reimbursement from travelers advantage, looks like it
can even cover the 月费 for EPG too.
心动ing to join 2 together, but did I miss any point or there is trick I am
not avare behind of this travlers advantage program? |

4. clarify the locking days with you. the shorter you lock, the better rate

Yes, you can apply for GC for your husband immediately. My friend was
interviewed once or twice during the petion. SHe got the official approval
within 6 months. I think as soon as you submit the petition, you can submit
separate petition for travel document and work authorization (just like you
sumbit AP and EAD petition together with I485). |

If you already sumbit documents, you need to send change address.
提交材料是分区域, if you live in NY, you need to send to NY Consulate, if
you live in DC, you need send to Embassy. You need to send new registration
form, then send documents to Chinese Embassy(Consulate). |

Here's my experience;
submit: letter for extention, forms, check, bank statement, copy of I94 (don
't have to submit orignal one), and a letter from hostipal that I had a baby
. BTW, I didn't sumbit return airline ticket.
Most important is that you need explain why she/he has to stay with you. Be
clear and specific.
Immigration officers are human being too. They will give you an extention

federal tax filing.
You may file extension first with estimated tax you owe if you do before Apr
.18.
Then after June 1, you meet the residentcy test, i.e. (3 months last year /3
) + 5 months this year = 6 months. You may claim your dual status and
sumbit your federal tax filing.
