如果俄国今天宣布它的油气出售只接受草纸，那么以德国为例，它要么1.从此不买俄国

德国的能源三分之一以上都来自俄国，所以选1是根本不可能的，只能满世界找草纸去。 |

盈则更是出生于1988年11月30日，堪称“学霸”。
中央2008年12月决定实施引进海外高层次人才的“千人计划”，该计划围绕国
家发展战略目标，用5到10年时间，在国家重点创新项目、重点学科和重点实验室、中
央企业和金融机构、以高新技术产业开发区为主的各类园区等，有重点的引进并支持一
