说是suite，但是只有1个大卧室，1个大的living room，不跟任何人share，是自己的。
然后卫生间需要和一个roommate合用，厨房也是。 厨房renovated了。还比较新。
现在很犹豫，地理位置没什么好说的，出门就可以进去那个park，看到painted ladies
，比较心仪，公司在soma，大概坐21路可以30分钟到，但是bus很颠簸，感觉也累。现
在坐bart上班，有点实在很厌恶了。
房租要2095，包水，trash，但是自己要除1/3的pge，因为房东也住里面，但是他自己
一个月才回来3次，他自己说的。但是网络，cable要自己出一半。
不知道这个价格，是不是贵了？之前说是要2295的，但是现在房东给我降了。

Line 2 (J first then Q to drop T) is almost as good as Line 1 (low to Q
first). The minor difference is the probability of KT8x is slightly lower
than stiff K with RHO (0-4 vs 1-3).
But starting with J will reduce the chance immediate failure, so give you
the chance to guess next round. The immediate fatal chance is 1 vs 3 (which
doesn't mean the successful chance is 3 vs 1, as I now understand). So it is
better in my opinion.
