《纽约时报》今年10月26日报道说，温家宝的许多家人，包括他的儿子、女儿、弟弟和妻弟在他担任总理期间变得极其富有，聚敛了大约27亿美元资产。其中，温家宝妻子张蓓莉是中国珠宝与宝石领域的权威人士之一，但正是温家宝进入中共高层后，张培莉生意才变得异常成功。

据香港文汇网报道，一名香港籍女子日前将价值超过200万元的16斤黄金藏在腰间企图闯关，上演了一出现代版的“腰缠万贯”，不料却被罗湖海关关员慧眼识破。
3月20日中午，一名香港女性旅客经罗湖口岸出境时，被海关关员列为重点查验对象。当时关员感觉当事人走路时腰部位置有些僵硬，但当事人却表示并未绑藏任何物品。经过人身检查，海关关员查获其藏于腰腹部的金条8块，每块的规格为1000克，纯度为99.99%，分别刻有瑞银集团“UBS”、瑞士瓦尔汇兑银行“Valcambi Suisse”等字样。
目前，该案已经移交海关缉私部门做进一步处理。
罗湖海关提醒广大进出境旅客：黄金及其制品属于国家限制出境物品。旅客携带出境的黄金及其制品超过自用合理数量的，须以货物出口方式报关出口，海关凭中国人民银行总行或其授权的中国人民银行分支机构签发的《中国人民银行黄金及其制品进出口准许证》办理验放手续。 |

发帖数: 70028 | 46 今年8月份，一名中国富豪在日本东京赤坂以约13.7亿日元（约7261万元人民币）的价格买下了两间相邻的新建住宅房屋。两处房屋的价格分别约6.9亿日元和6.8亿日元。
值得一提的是，这个价格至少是2004年以来东京新建住宅卖出的最高价。
负责开发和销售该处房屋的Housing Japan KK公司的总裁Mitsuo Hashimoto称，这两处三层的房屋外观是灰色的，每个房屋的建筑面积约390平方米，两处分别有一个露台。房屋的周围仍旧还有相对较老的房屋，距加拿大、美国等大使馆仅5分钟路程。
Hashimoto表示，很少有西式豪华房屋在东京的出售价格可以达到5亿日元以上。与亚洲的许多国家不同，购房者在日本买房也可以获得土地所有权约70%的价值。
他称，大约有30个买家来看过房，其中有三名购房者竞价购买，最终才确定了买家。
在日本购房需要缴纳固定资产税，税率根据房地产的地理位置确定，幅度从1.4%到2.1%不等。澎湃新闻粗略计算了一下，两处房屋每年最低需缴纳约1900万日元（约100万元人民币），最多缴纳约2900万日元（约153万元人民币）的固定资产税。
