day.". I know what they are trying to say, but in my
opinion such lines are misleading to say the least.
As I understand it (and it makes sense dimension
wise), power = torque * rpm * C, so these two are closely
correlated mathematically, a perfect flat(constant)
torque curve gives a perfect linear power curve.

I have to claim the 8K in 2009 and cannt do it at 2008(my closing day is
Dec 13, 2009) because:
1. My closing date is in 2009
2. 1040 cannt be claimed more than once (i tried to argue but she seems very
sure)
Also she mentioned IRS will take up to 16 weeks to investigate each claim as
IRS has identified high % fraud case, like a person in Cal has claimed 400
different 8K 1st-time buyer credit.

做主，是客人但还要干活。”易地而处，确实要求太高了。以后还是让他们短期过来探
亲旅游就好了。
另外，我的一点经验给你参考，和公婆相处，最重要的就是忍耐。他们的意见，如果你
不同意，也不要反驳，笑一笑就行。如果是关于带孩子的问题，让老公去沟通。如果是
你自己有不满，也不要和老公抱怨。因为公公婆婆那里一定也对你有不满，一定早就向

If your boss is very nice, maybe he would like you to develope to an upper
level. Of course he is right. It's not very good to stay in one place for a
rather long time. You should consider this if you want to develope in
academia. In this way you can have more network and experience different

Since you don't want to be a faculty, that will be a quite different story.

过特定程序，我并不是该负责这事的人，不过我会马上处理。 然后我立刻找到正确

employer. Then joined the current employer (big IT company) when
I-485 was pending less than 180 days. My current employer asked the lawyer (

days (end of march, beginning of april). But to my surprise, I can't find
ANY buget hotel still available (ie: below $70 USD per day per person). I
used the lonely planet guide book, and called a lot of low-to-mid priced
hotels (and ryokans) in Kyoto, and they are all completely full.
I am sure there are other hotels out there, because Lonely planet only have a
