才发觉用deep suction感觉吸不出奶了以后换到fast light suction又能泵出来了。虽

也长，他的价格$40，是便宜，但不带车载charger, 没有suction cup. spytec 的价格
是什么都带。又查了eBay estore009, 价格50，但不代suction cup,带car charger.

first you said they are generally weaker than a portable vacuum, this is not
true either based on my own experience, or many comparisons found online (

pump overheats, the pipe connection melts.修理工说的。
其实维修很容易，把接pump的管子全换了。可以DIY.
valve有四个，下面两个,suction from pool/SPA, suction from skimmer/Drain.
always suction from pool.
上面两个valve我不清楚，可以解释下吗？我怎么觉得一pump水就少了呢，会有个是

悬浮在水中时pod move的很好，但是一到底部就基本不动或很慢。
suction没问题，调整suction, flap tension, 都不行。
感觉是vacuum底部离泳池底部太近造成的，但调整suction也不起作用。

发帖数: 355 | 29 昨天11周兴高采烈第一次去见OB，结果B超没找到心跳，胎停在8周了。
之前一点症状没有，除了最近几周体重不见长。当时就泪如雨下，
什么心思也没有，一想起来就哭，还得面对后面的问题。
OB给了自然流（20%可能流不干净），药流（15%可能流不干净）和
手术三种选择。我们决定手术，有个问题想请教大家。
我们原来以为手术肯定是D&C。结果OB说是 suction aspiration，
也叫vacuum aspiration或者suction curettage, 就是把东西
吸出来，不需要普通的麻醉，吃点药就好，整个过程10分钟左右。
我问OB这个手术和D&C （Dilation & Curettage）有什么差别？
她说那种传统的刮宫D&C已经很少用了，现在早期流产手术都是vacuum
aspiration，说法上有时候不严格地区分D&C和vacuum aspiration。
有点迷惑，我看这里做miscarriage手术的姐妹好像都是D&C，
不知道你们做的是传统的D&C还是suction aspiration。这个手术是
最好的选择吗？不打麻醉的话痛不痛苦？能流干净吗？

Zarbee's may have product that is ok for younger than one year old.
Most you can do:
1) suction from nostrils (you should put some saline nose spray first, then
suction) don't overdone, it could lead to edema. (2 suctions per nostril
every few hours should be ok)
2) humidify the air if the air is dry
3) make sure the baby get in plenty fluids (at least 3 wet diapers in 24
hours) |

现是pneumothorax。上了chest tube. 这个患者非常的skeptical，我刚到房间的时候
（之前他去ct of chest， charge nurse 看我很忙，就推他下楼了，然后有把他带回
来。有chest tube的患者，护士要亲自送患者，不能用tech），他就和我说他白天的时
候chest tube 的 wall suction没有那么响，是不是charge 把他的chest tube 搞错了
，他记得是20,为什么现在是40。我也是第一次接触这个不懂，我就看看是不是漏气了
，wall suction上的杯子里没有水，不是应该有20cc的水吗，我反正不懂，就找我的
preceptor.她来了以后就把那个墙上的给关小了，然后告诉我，chest tube 的
container 上有个yellow 的东西，她没有看到，就找来charge, charge 来了，高所我
们wall suction 因该是放到45左右，而20cc 是在chest tube 上有个钮，转到20，就
对了。反正我 |

wall suction 调低，然后发现orange float没有了。 然后我们就叫charge. charge
来了以后告诉我们调wall suction 一直看到orange float 为止。我们的order 是20cm

样的新手。准备发帖之前，看到牛人自己timing belt都DIY了,自己这点事真不好意思
说了。不过写都写了，没准有谁能用的到，见笑了。
车子：07 Grand Caravan，去年进的二手车，现在72k左右
症状：去年冷气正常，今年发现没冷气
方案1：网上简单查查，估计冷媒（以前是氟利昂R12，现在基本R134）漏光了。
Walmart买了两罐R134，自带压力表和低压口接头，大概是18oz（？），掀开前盖，找
到低压口（要找低压口，看看前盖上皮带示意图，找到压缩机，应该有两个金属管，一
进一出，顺藤摸瓜很容易找。低压口一般比较靠车头，而且低/高压口不一样大小，所
以不用担心混）。拧开塑料帽，接压力表，几乎为零，果然漏光了。按说明开空调，加
到绿色区，大概35-45psi吧。先加半罐，就已经快35了，不敢再加。但前盖下的铭牌上
说有36oz的容量，奇怪。再硬着头皮加，突然一声响，压力掉到10几。原来，刚才压缩
机根本没有工作，所谓绿色区也是在压缩机工作时候的读数做准（如何判断压缩机工作

说是不如tie rods紧急。
今天一个朋友推荐我去了一个牌子上写着修各类进口车的本地修理店，店不大，只有4
个mechanics。更换inner tie rods报价大致 $370 （包括alignment)。小店经理说
dealer另推荐换的suction hoses和fluid reservoir其实不用管，因为suction hose
leaking什么的很平常，换油时top off就没事了（真是这样？！）但他说rear rotor磨
损，必须换了，报价$450（包括brake pad）.我同意明天一早把车开去这个店换tie
rods 和rear motor. 但说实话，对rear rotor的价位是否合理没个谱。tie rods他还
分了parts和labor价，换rotor就一个总价，都是这样么？
去年夏天才换了新胎，还在dealer处作了alighment, 为啥轮胎店和dealer都没提一下

then some chemical or physical reaction happens. the mark is greasy like.
After I rub it, I guess I further ruined the vinyl coating nearby. now the
vinyl near the mark is darker, the mark itself is brighter, and other place

接的suction hose。表面上看没什么异常，但的确摸到一些油渍。他要求换suction
hose并同时做power steering flush，parts要170，labor要125，flush要70。请问这
个价格合理么？个人感觉有些贵，网上搜了下似乎parts不应该那么贵。请有经验的朋

发帖数: 515 | 42 dyson 虽然没有bag，但是用的是他们patent 的一个离心技术 吧灰尘摔进去，所以更
本不需要bag， bag也有bag 的问题，时间一长了灰尘分子会塞住bag的孔，导致lost
of suction ，miele可能做的好应该不会，所以dyson 一直标榜no lost of suction
。 况且miele的bag也挺贵的，一年还得买几十块钱bag 伺候。 |

你是说power unit吗？买一个就是了，如果不是安装管道的话，power unit不贵
吸尘器的好坏有很多指标，但比较全部公正的是指标是airwatt

airwatt=air flow(CFM) x suction (inches of water lift)
其中suction是指真空度。如果单纯有很高的CFM，但water lift很小的话，吸力很差，
一旦堵上口气流就完全停止了，这就完全没有办法吸灰尘了。
你贴的这个是通过气流收集灰尘用的，而不是用来吸东西的，所以我相信它的真空
度极低。
光看motor size就能看出来它的吸力有多强，这个的motor跟一个portable vac大小差不
多。基本上没什么用。还是老老实实买一个power unit吧，别把你的管道给浪费了。 |

冷却剂运输管线（refrigerant pipeline), 现在家里用的是细线（Liquid line ¼
;”, Suction line 5/8”)，新机型要用粗一点的3/8”, ¾”。重铺这个管道要
另外找人开补天花板，两项一加要额外花费将近1500刀！有家公司报了款机型说是可以
用旧管线（另一家公司说这款机型得重铺管线），不知道哪家说的是真的，特地到版上
请教。

发帖数: 1015 | 45 时常看到版上的帖子抱怨夏天空调不制冷，这次终于轮到我家了。
在网上和这个版上看了不少帖子，感觉和我碰的问题都不是很一样。
6年旧的楼上独立空调，以下是我已经试过或确认过的:
1.室内风扇和温度控制和户外风扇都正常运转
2.condenser应该也正常运转，因为可以听到AC liquid line (细铜管)内冷却剂流动的
声音。
3.air filter已经换了新的，外面condenser也用水清洗过。
4.draining pipe已经用Clorox通过了，肯定没有堵上。
5.draining pan里有一点水，不多，感觉evaporator coil可能原先有点结冰，已经通
过停止空调再加吹风去除冰了。
6. Evaporator所在的box摸上去挺冷，也有冷风从缝隙里漏出来,感觉evaporator coil
还是在制冷的

you were right. I just looked it up, and my model is Galaxie GA 100, it has
675 airwatt, with a power consumption of 1500W (=2hp). The GA-240 model can
produce 1160 airwatt suction power, but not mine.

it is not normal. properly installed vents should be all airtight (sealed at
all connectors). if you have loss of suction pressure, you either have
leaks along the pipes, or your power unit has a defective motor. |

weak suction. daily production increased up to 540. then engorgement

that the pump had problem because I have two swing pumps. I can tell the
difference significantly. The pump was fine the week before. And then she
asked me to put the phone near to the pump and she told me it sounded there
was some water in it. I had an accident that the milk got back to the tube
once during pumping. It dried out but there were something left in the pump.
