如果最终是对的话，我觉得是近50年来数学的重大结果
可能没有FLT对数学的促进大，但是不比费尔马大定里的影响小
对搞数学的来说 证明相差为70000000的素数有无穷多对和证明相差为2的素数有无穷多
对。并没有实质性的差别。意义是一样的。

本人第一年AP，系里去年hire了个top40学校转过来的full Prof。此人早年在 yale入
职AP，可能没有拿到 tenure 才跳到了那个40名左右的学校, 不知如何又跳到了我们排
名100+的小学校。虽然是她是新人，但一来就负责系里面 graduate program director
的职务。 我们系里有三个 junior faculty， 我和另一个 美国人去年刚入职，我们都
有自己的 mentor。 上周faculty 会上，这个入职的full prof提议要给系里面的
junior faculty建立一个mentoring committee，要committe里至少三个人负责新人的
成长，每月开一次committee meeting， 就实验室建立，申funding，怎么选学生，合
作等事项进行指导.而且她已经 和 学院 associate dean好像达成了共识。

其实都不用复杂的数学，causality 在最最基本幼儿园小班小娃数数的的时候就
存在了。1 得在 2 前面数不是？或者说，the "succeeding" natural number
的 “succeeding” 一词就体现了 causality 不是？
所以只要有自然数集合的子集，”芝诺飞屎” 就 “动” 了。都不一定需要无限，
更不一定需要实数集合，也不一定需要实数连续性公理。
当然黑洞的奇点处铁定不能数数，时间也不存在。芝诺不信的话，可以考虑
去黑洞到此一游看看。
说白了这些也就是现代幼儿园小班会数数的娃就能明白的道理，当然芝诺兄
本质上是古猿，也别硬性要求就是了。 |
