"Polymorphism is only concerned with the application of specific
implementations to an interface or a more generic base class. Method
overloading refers to methods that have the same name but different
signatures inside the same class. Method overriding is where a subclass
replaces the implementation of one or more of its parent's methods.

EyeDisability, or HearingDisability, the subtype grows.
The design grows as requirement became more and more specific.
DeafReason maybe a third type, Causation, the causation of disability. This
can be property on the Disability.
You are right that there are no right or wrong, over design is a big mistake
but happens again and again.

Is it + or -. That's very important information needed to decided
chemotherapy regimen.
If she is HER+, then Herceptin is the first choice.
ER+/PR- subtype is less responsive to hormonal therapy, for example
Tamoxifen. Most likely, she will start taking aromatase inhibitors.
Overall, breast cancer 5-year disease free survival is very high.
Your mom was diagnosed early and prognosis should not be too bad. |

carry very good prognoses (even curable), some very poor. Modern
classification abandoned the Hodgkin's vs. non-Hodgkin's grouping in 1990s.
Nonetheless the terms are still used, mostly for statistical purposes. |

information I re-wrote.
1. Febrile seizure usually occurs in children younger than 6 year old.
2. If the patient has status epilepticus (持续抽搐, continuous seizures or
intermittent seizures without neurological recovery), it could be a special
subtype of febrile seizure, called febrile status epilepticus. Most ED
physicians are not aware of this (never taught in medical school, nor tested

more common, but no-expensive-procedure possibilities. they don't learn by

1. why did the "top doctors" think it was sufficient evidence that 口腔链球
菌 was the pathogen? 口腔链球菌 is everywhere.
2. how many times did they test immunoglobulins? if it's confirmed low, did
they do a blood cell count and B-cell and subtype count? did they know if it
's confirmed low, the patient should be referred to a hematologist?

is >80% certain it is a high grade glioma.
if it's GBM, the median survival is ~3 mon w/o treatment, ~15 mon with
active treatment in the US. for active treatment, almost every day is spent
in some medical setting.
if it's anaplastic astrocytoma, the median survival is a little longer, up
to double that of GBM.
there is a much lower chance it's a mixed, but high grade glioma.

but probably of a different subtype. you can talk to your OB about it. i
think generally speaking, doctors don't do anything about it, unless it's a
genital infection.
上火 is a misleading chinese name for oral herpes infection. maybe because
a lot of chinese get it, it's often trivialized. here, it's also called
cold sore, which also makes it sound less scary. |

的过程整理一下作为回报把哈，希望能够对需要的童鞋有帮助。
首先简单介绍一下我的情况，我之前在美国以J1身份交流访问了两年，然后课题结束后
回国。半年后再次申请出国时发现J1类型的签证只能申请短期的(6个月），我之前理解
的是没有豁免只是不能申请H1等移民类签证，其实是不对的。学校international
office的老师说可以J1短期 6个月到期后回国，继续申请J1短期出来，如此反复，不过
一般人都不愿意这么麻烦的拉。
到了美国之后，我立即开始着手豁免的事情（以中方不反对信的方式），这次豁免可以
将之前两年的J1和当前6个月的短期J1同时豁免掉。首先查询自己属于哪个驻美使(领)
馆馆区，下载留学人员豁免申请表( http://www.sino-education.org/studyabroad/J1.htm ），准备其他材料。
step 1 往中方寄出以下豁免材料：

原国内单位离职证明（毕业6个月内的童鞋只需要提供毕业证/学位证复印件即可）
美方机构出具的正式聘书
