我们住在医学中心附近， Blair House Apartments (6812 Academy, near Silver
Place. A very nice, safe, and quiet place).
学区是Mark Twain elementary, Pershing middle , Belliare high.
步行到初中很近， 图书馆和小学大概要15分钟（孩子的速度）。
apartment 靠近公交车站 ，食品超市， 附近还有个小shopping center，
NEIGHBOURHOOD也挺好的。
月租是￥815 (2 bed+1 bath， 包括电费在里面了)。也就是说每月要交的钱是￥815 +
水费(about $30/family).
sublease 的时间是从5月1号到8月31 号，然后你可以直接续约。我们准备在4 月中旬

东，我们的2 bedroom的租金其实要比Rosehill那个房东稍微低点的，虽然房子一样。
本人男生，我现在有一位室友，也是一位性格随和很好共事的男生。我因为5月底会离
开明州，我们这个房子是到7.31到期，所以sublease出去，最好能直接租6月份和7月份
2个月的，如果租不到2个月，那再商量。我估计我室友可能也另外找房，所以如果有意
继续在这儿住的，其实到时候可能不用搬。因为这房子挺紧俏的，所以近水楼台嘛！
房子是1619号，我们现在的租金每月770刀，每人385刀。
我们在一楼，我住的这个是比较大点的卧室，我这儿不是靠近大马路，比较安静。我们
客厅没怎么利用，其实比较空。另外因为我要离开，所以到时候有可能有些家具还可以
送给租客。
另外我有位朋友是女生，也是住这的另一栋，因为从5.17开始外出实习，一直到8月下

房间位置很好，离湖边(Belmont Harbour)只有半个block，步行3分钟到bus站，有135
，146，145等走lakeshore drive很快到downtown。步行15分钟到红线地铁belmont站。
房间在四楼，客厅卧室都朝南，窗户很大，光线很好，尤其在冬天。我房间里有46寸
LCD液晶电视，一个很大的沙发床，餐桌，书桌，书架，椅子等等可以使用。
房租$970，包水，煤气，和取暖（水暖）。不包电费，上网费，有线电视费用需要另交。

月开始租，最长租到7月底，可长租可短租。
现在有两个室友，都是男生PhD，平时一心科研，很好相处。房租市场价是$350/month
，我的合同价是$299/month，估计现在不太容易找到sublease的同学，所以降价到$270
/month。房子里有免费的网络，速度很快。所以除了房租只需要交个电费，一般电费每
人每月$30左右。
我的屋子里有舒服的大床，衣服柜，和实木的书架和桌子，所以拎包就可以入住。坐公
交车4B或者小区的班车去学校很方便，坐4B去沃尔玛买菜也很方便。男生女生均可，有

国内来的本科生，她妈妈在美国，可能也是毕业以后留下，自称没有钱，把价格压的低
得不能再低。
这也就算了，女朋友5月22日回到康奈尔的single studio，发现那个女生几乎把家里的
所有电器，包括我女朋友的很多衣服，鞋子，国内的原来4000多买的手机，咖啡壶，等
等，几乎所有东西都搞没有了。女朋友发邮件，给那个女生，说是她把这些东西搬到厨
房，然后不知道怎么都没有了。在当时的sublease合同里面，提到了很多东西，并且说
了，可以使用，但是不能拿走；东西总额大概在3000美金之上，因为都没有想到这个萎
缩女会这样，连我女朋友的衣服和鞋子都不放过。
女朋友很难过，那个萎缩女和她妈妈，还换了电话号码，联系不到。我也很气愤，后来
，女朋友在我的要求下，报警了，警察过来做了记录，建议我女朋友到法庭告，说应该
能赢，女朋友准备周一去法庭填写一下东西。
更让我生气的是，当时那个本科萎缩女和我女朋友一直对网络费用的问题有争议，她就
是不想自己支付网费，一直缠着我女朋友要和邻居共享。当时我知道这个事情后，处于 |

的优势在于离学校近，大概步行10分钟吧，到gym只要5分钟。交通方便，出门不远就有
16车站。其他的也没杀好说的了。价格嘛我的房租是410（2 bedrrom790，我住大间所
以贵点），sublease就300吧（5.18-7. 2），其他的我都包了，家具啥的都有，你就自
己准备换洗衣物就好了。

I am subleasing a master bedroom in a large 2 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment(
over 1300 square ft). The apartment locates in a very nice community in
Sunnyvale, CA. It is close to everything. The apartment is fully furnished
and has front load washer and dryer hooked up.
The bedroom for subleasing is spacious. There is a huge closet, a full size

(Carl Street) around Eustis & Como for sublease from Apr to Aug. You can
renew it as you wish. If you're interested in two bedrooms, you can also
sublease the whole apartment.
-rent is $385 for one br, and you will also need to pay cable and
electricity.
-close to No. 3, about 10 mins to take No.3 to the U.

in Reading. The sublease term is from 5/1/2009 to 8/31/2009. This is
a great home near 1000 square feet, with 2 bed rooms, large family
room, dinning room, hard wooded floor, 3 air conditions. My current
