近租房超级贵，Standford校内就更不知道住房情况得如何艰难了。不管怎样头大吧，
因为她父母都在国内，所以现在找房子的光荣问题就自然而然地交到我这当姨的身上了。
想问一下这里有没有熟悉在Stanford U校内（校外也可以）找temporary housing情况
的，6月中到8月中。或者这儿有没有人在斯坦福附近sublease housing的？ 如果有信

地点在Jersey City Exchange Place的Liberty Towers西楼。厅和卧室都是落地窗面向
东南，景观很好，从阳台上可以看到自由女神像。开放式厨房，公寓内有洗衣机和烘干
机。
总面积910 sq feet。厅里足够放下一张queen-size床，以及沙发电视等，卧室也很大
。所以也可供两人share。
步行5-7分钟到PATH, 3分钟到ferry。
我每月付房租2470，外加utility。由于是sublease,愿降至2400含utility。该lease
12月中旬结束，我预计7月中旬搬走，所以sublease五个月左右。

能要延迟所以想把前面几个月SUBLEASE出去（7月19号开始，可短租到9月30号或者12月
31号）。
这个公寓评价非常高，这个STUDIO只要1125一个月(不含水电垃圾清理费），在
DOWNTOWN附近的STUDIO中价格算比较便宜的了，而且关键在于，如果你们只想短租3-5
个月，自己去申请不但要交一大笔申请费，MOVE IN费，定金，而且短租的租金也比长
租贵得多。现在如果能SUBLEASE我这套房子，就可以享受长租的租金，但是租期可以很
短。
非常适合在DOWNTOWN附近工作或者学习，但临时没找到房子，或者想花很多时间来好好
找房子的朋友们短期入住。
进去之后是没有家具的，如果有人诚意想租，而且需要置办家具的话，我可以帮忙置办
床，桌子，椅子这些基本家具。因为我反正之后也是住的。有意向的站内联系

floor plan. 我的合约 11月30到期，距离现在还有8个月，之后可以续签。我这个
unit现在正常的月租是930往上1100的样子，我的lease是每个月875，我还可以补偿300
左右如果你可以4月初搬入，这样每个月大概830几。
Alara以它的服务赢得名声。我可以毫不犹豫地讲，它是我住过的公寓里住得最舒服的
。 另外地理位置无可挑剔，2，3分钟就可以上GA 400. 除了公寓本身各种配套设施，
如洗衣房，游泳池，健身中心，网吧，小朋友的playground,步行几分钟就是North
Point购物中心，target超市，书店，餐厅等等，各种酒店只有几分钟的路程。
我要sublease的unit在3楼，有vaulted ceiling, 朝南的窗口，非常温暖，冬天多数时
间不必开暖气。窗外就是greenway。楼下就有greenway入口。 这个8 mile的 greenway

发帖数: 323 | 39 本人由于近期在国内工作一段时间，所以sublease在lakeview的一室一厅apartment。
从9月1日(10月1日也有可能)开始出租。
地址是 530 W Aldine Ave， Chicago，60653
房间位置很好，离湖边(Belmont Harbour)只有半个block，步行3分钟到bus站，有135
，146，145等走lakeshore drive很快到downtown。步行15分钟到红线地铁belmont站。
房间在四楼，客厅卧室都朝南，窗户很大，光线很好，尤其在冬天。我房间里有46寸
LCD液晶电视，一个很大的沙发床，餐桌，书桌，书架，椅子等等可以使用。
房租$970，包水，煤气，和取暖（水暖）。不包电费，上网费，有线电视费用需要另交。
我希望找个生活非常整洁的单身白领，或者访问学者sublease一年，可以随时看房，有

Pike West Chester, PA 19382. First month -June rent free!
I signed a one year lease until Feb 2016, can be subleased from this June (
06/13). You may renew this lease if you want to.
The June rent will be on me if you move in anytime after 06/13.
After June, the rent is $1155 per month, include everything except heat. The
unit is very clean, and you have your own washer and dryer in unit. The
unit is on the 2nd floor.

年1月可以入住，搬进来的日期可以商讨，非常灵活。租金$762.5/month，utility和其
他两个室友平摊。

P.S.本人有一张床（带床垫）和带抽屉的书桌不准备带走了，如果需要可以便宜出手给
sublease的同学。家具都是2013年新买的，保护的很好很干净。所以，这个房间可以拎
包入住。
本人女生，与另外一个女生和一个男生合租一个3Bed 2.5Bath的Townhouse，房屋总面
积1390 sq. ft. 他们都是我的同学和好朋友，人非常nice。家里还有一只可爱的小猫
猫，请不喜宠物的的妹子慎选。
3个卧室中的master bedroom是男生住，我们两个女生分住在两个次卧并share一个
bathroom。卧室和洗衣房都在三层，第二层是厨房和客厅都很大，各种设施齐全，客厅
下面还有一片玩耍的区域。最下面一层是车库，和townhouse是联通的很方便，而且非

因为工作变动，今年6－8月，sublease自己现在所住的Governous Sqaure小区的2
bedroom。目前的lease是8月底结束，lease结束后可以和公寓续。房租是875／月，可
以商议。

发帖数: 4290 | 45 我们在马里兰，本来住在apartment, lease是7月31号到期。
因为家里买房子了，所以就把apartment sublet出去。
来租房子的是一个50多岁妈妈，加一个刚大学毕业的大男生，看上去都是很好的教育的
那种。我们通过apartment管理部门查了大男生的credit, 发现没问题。于是我们就同
意把他们加为co-occupant。
5月底，签sublease的时候，一家都来了，爸妈带三个高大男生，看上去都是decent的
样子。看上去家里穷一点，但人看上去都还不错。他们说身上暂时拿不出那么多钱付
rent和deposit, 要等2－3天后，等到大男生回到大学里面，清扫宿舍，然后从银行帐
号取钱以后再行。我们觉得大家还是互相nice吧，所以也就同意了。
在此之后，这家人就以各种理由拖欠rent，一会说银行转帐有问题，一会说别人给他们
west union wire，但是钱没过来，一会说自己拿到的pay check没法cash。反正就是到
目前为止不付钱。
我们现在准备向district court file eviction了。要不要找律师？ 除了大男生签的

搬进新居。
不知道LZ碰上的是不是专门到处找sublease换吃骗喝的。。。老千。。。 |

量多给个1-2个月房租行不。 |

如果你们那里谁都租不到房，原价，或者口才好加钱租出去都行。sublease就是你把这
年房子使用权买下来了，自己当地主。
一般人都直接去签约，房子新打扫过，签1年经常还有免费一个月啥的优惠。
交1个月房租好处就是，直接终止了，也不用pay空房时候的钱，另外如果sublease的人
万一被房主赶跑了，你又要找新的也是麻烦。 |
