纪录，发现两年前claim过风灾换roof, 我好奇的是这个房主是不是真换过屋顶，按理
他换过应该在卖房时特别提一下， 这是加分的，因为房子已经14年的房龄了，新保险
公司把查到的纪录发给我，claim record 如下，大家帮我看看，会不会他claim过，把
