recommendation is that you only work with the models. MUA and hair stylist
have their own agendas and won't add much value to your photos when what you
really care about is portraiting people rather than make up or hair style.

Capellini Salon,一共三位stylists, 两位是经验老到的，手艺真是不错，要预约的话
要提前很久(2-3个月)，最后一位是个年轻mm，价格相对另外两位更便宜，往往能预定
到很快（一周内），她剪的很慢，手艺一般，但是沟通很自然，沟通好了，剪的效果也
好。里面的staffs都灰常nice，每次去都很relax。经常都能见到亚洲人顾客。只做
hair，其他不做。
Cardon's Hair，全是女stylists，很热闹。每次见到的顾客都是老美居多。手艺一般
。应急必备，总都能预约到当天的。除了hair，也作其他facial的。
John Paul's Salon (已经搬到2 SPRING LANE FARMINGTON, CT 06032) 手艺不错，搬
了以后没再去过，预约比较容易。除了hair，也作其他facial的。 |

她家网站上选的stylist，中韩混血的mm，剪得还不错，回来大家都说好看。她家的各
个stylist价格不同，我的这个52刀，算中等吧。从我以前的经历来看，长发要剪得过
得去，至少得花三四十刀，52也还算好了。以后打算除了回国剪，就去找她了。 |

ladies can speak any english. all communication has to be translated by the
front desk boy.
And the stylist didn't want to check the cut before she started perm. Girls,
always ask to see how the cut looks like before the stylist start the perm
process, this is very very important.
I insisted to check, and found two sides are not even.......
I won't go again, for sure.

得很失望--小姐粤语口音从头到尾不停推销，市面卖的护肤品都被她说成垃圾，房间被
子都很脏还有味道,也不是很便宜。
相反一些美国人剪的很好--比我去年回国剪的还好。Aveda 里有个叫 Sunshire的
Stylist,每次剪好吹好，总是一路上都有人问在哪里剪的头发。 她是那里的master
stylist，收费贵一些，但是很专业耐心，还会教你怎么打理，有时想回去再做点band
trim, 她也不收钱。 |

自从我开始去健身房以来，需要洗发的频率越来越高。我的发质偏干。所以看起来干干
的。最近从BAZAAR上看到的某个著名stylist的小tip.觉得挺好的，和大家分享一下。
他不建议天天洗头。但是如果你要天天洗头，可以湿透头发以后先用护发素在离开发根
的头发上（即不要上忽发素在发根，头皮）。不要洗，接着用洗发用品放在发根处，按
摩出泡沫。然后一并洗掉。
如果你有习惯用热吹风机吹干头发。他建议用热风吹干后，用冷风再吹一下。好像是热
风把头发的小鳞片吹开了，冷风能让小鳞片合住，锁住水分。大致就是这个意思吧。我
昨天用我的吹风机的时候，发现这个号称salon stylist 用的，竟然没有吹冷风（即不
加热的风）的功能。就跑到电风扇前狂吹了一下：）

发剪了。。。
其实头发长得挺快的，我自己到没觉得那么悲壮。。。不多也被她们的情绪感染了。。
。呵呵
话说8 inches不是太长，不过你的permanent dye了就不行了，好可惜。。。

发帖数: 1354 | 48 趁着这几天放假，去理了理头发。在YELP上找了个好评如潮，离家又近的沙龙。
和stylist说修个刘海好了，再做个简单的regular perm,没想到这个理发师她人很好，
十分热心，和偶说，传统的负离子拉直太假不推荐，我所说的简单拉直RELAXIN是化学
药剂，价格虽然便宜，也可以拉直但是不滑不亮，而且蛮伤头发的。最后她建议我做角
蛋白拉直，原理就是把头发表面裹层膜，再STRAINGHT,那样看起来很自然，且持续三四
个月，也是目前最不伤头发的拉直。
后来我就做了她所说的那个Keretin拉直，没想到做完以后效果很好，整体发量看上去
没有减少，不会像负离子那样贴着脸，有些呆。Keretin做完后发丝是根根分明的，有
一种很飘逸的效果。
和传统拉直一样，做完这个两天不要洗头，不要绑发带。
在网上看到一些关于巴西角蛋白直发的讨论，果然评价不错，据说无甲醛。而且国内做
一次是2000到3000左右，偶找的这家沙龙是200，算起来还便宜了。

发帖数: 257 | 50 在Hairmate East Village 剪过，感觉还不错。日本店，生意不错的样子。不知道为什
么Stylist不提倡把头发剪得很碎。我是长发，剪完后发尾很平（齐）。我跟Stylist说
了半天把Layer提高，他才又修了一下，还是层次较小。不过人家强调otherwise, it
will be too much. 回去大家反应不错，有点日本动画片里女生的味道 |
