9th.
The rent is only $925 a month including the heating, so you can save a lot
during the winter time. The size is 1109 suquare feet, with tons of closets.
You also have an extra large stroage unit in the laundry room.
This community offers an olympic size pool, tennis Court, on-site daycare,

It is safe, quite, close to Fort Detrick, and very convenient to Route 70
and 270.

发帖数: 269 | 6 大约1500sqft的低下室，打算finish。因为没有egress windows，所以不能做bedroom
。其实也不打算砸墙做egress windows，太费钱了！目前将其划分成study room，
entertain room，game room和stroage room四个部分，另加一个full bathroom（已经
预留好下水道了）。
初步一个carpenter来报价，framing+doors+drywall大约$2万，如果加insulation就在
加2k，moulding加1k。其中storage room不做内部framing，只在外面做墙。另外，只
有entertain room上drywall ceiling，其他room只上drop panel ceiling，因为管道
太多。上drywall(或insulation)得等电工和水管工结束以后才做，所以我还得另找
contractors。刷墙和地板打算自己干了。最后总成本估计要到$4万。
大家觉得这个报价合理吗？家在NJ。 |

宜，但总价也
占了全部材料费的40％。
当然用钉子就便宜。不过看本版很多人搭的乱七八糟的东西，还是中国乡下30年前搭猪
圈的水平，肯定
是不在乎美观性结实性的了。在这点上，我很欣赏SSA，做工精细考究。 |

我的hitachi 2.5 sata2 320G 720 RPM 16MB Cache 硬盘用hd tune 现在大概burst
rate 101MB/s，average 75～77.现在还工作在compatible mode下，AHCI下面开不了机
，虽然已经装了intel matrix stroage driver。不知道在sata下面能不能再快点。想
看看值不值得折腾。 |
