前几天某大型医院开招聘会，我们全班都去了，现在班上1/3的人已经找到工作了 ---
OR, ER, L&D, NICU之类。我归纳了一下，基本上GPA好看的，人聪明伶俐的，只要不挑
剔，都OFFER在手了。
ICU就没有消息。
Feel stressed out。感觉压力很大---这些位置给一个就少一个。这家大型医院把
offers送出去就不会再招人了。我现在就是转身去这家应聘ER也没有位置了。
我们12月中旬毕业，不知道该怎么办。我在网上申请的ICU一个面试都没有，石沉大海。 |

继christmas在ER待了一天之后，娃又住了三天院，吊水的过程惨不忍睹。
换了两茬人，千辛万苦在ER埋好了iv，当时我就觉得埋得太浅，但是那护士说没关系的
。果然，前天晚上准备再上抗生素的时候，发现iv掉出来了，肿了好大一个包，不知道
什么时候掉出来的，外面纱布包得很牢。
然后重新再上iv，住院部能上的护士全上了，最后连nicu的护士都叫来了，小手小脚所
有的血管都试了，插进去，在里面搅一阵，偶尔摸到血管，然后又滑掉了。就没一个成
功的。我实在忍不住，去跟医生说，能不能不吊了。
娃实在太太太可怜了，现在不光她有心理阴影，我也有了。

不过你说得treadmill是指单纯的exercise treadmill还是stress echo test? 最好做
stress echo test （是treadmill+echo的一个诊断冠心病的检查,与treadmill 相似，
只是加了个echo,在treadmill开始前及停止跑步后，这里的echo,只看左心室心肌活动
状况，跟你说得普通心超，是不一样的，类似，一样的机器，但关注点不一样）相比
treadmill test而言，诊断价值更高。光做treadmill,没有更多的信息助于诊断。有些
病人，无心脏病，但做了treadmill出现false positive结果；有些有冠心病，但EKG正
常，可是echo images 不正常等等。特别是如果resting 心电图已是房颤不正常，只做
treadmill,意义就更不大。如医生已开treadmill test,没关系，就问医生可否让你爸
做stress echo instead of treadmill test？

上播放的，疯狂英语学习的宏大场面，让外国人瞠目结舌。可是中国人在英语上下了这
么大力气，实际能力仍然还是强差人意。英语是世界语言，是与世界交流的重要工具，
不可能因为学不会就放弃。中国人是世界上最聪明的民族之一，如果方法正确，只要功
夫下到了，不可能学不好英语。究其什么原因让英语学习变得这么困难呢？大概有以下
几点：
一是目的错了.语言是交流思想的工具，不是学了应付考试的，大量的时间用在背单词
，学语法，做选择题，如此中国的英语教育，是行驶在歧途上的跑车，开得越快，离目
标越远。单词不用背的，平时用的多，自然记住了。花大量时间背的单词，不会用，忘
得快。语法不用专门学的，能把意思表达清楚的语言，一定合乎语法规律。应试教育法
教出的学生，能考高分，但不具备英语的实际能力，达不到运用它交流思想的目的。

非常的extreme。有幼童亲见母亲被杀，或是遭遇性侵，还有冷血少年杀手，遭邪教洗
