二手车，一辆06年 的 dodge stratus，里数不到58k，试开时发现问题如下：前盖打开
发现有轻微的溢油，但没到漏的程度，速度2，30迈时偶尔能听到一些不明显的“咯咯
”声。

现有06 dodge stratus V6, 7~8K迈. 开了五年左右，然后去年年初overheating，辗转
几个修车铺，交了$500左右的学费才查出是water pump leaking，由此也发现修车铺是
一个比一个黑。然后问了几个local的修车铺，有的直接说不会修，有的给的quote快$
1000，但是他们也不太想修。因为据说V6的特别难修，要把timing chain拆了才能换
water pump，换上water pump之后还要特殊的工具align timing chain。Dealer的
quote更离谱，要$2000，说一定换timing chain,然后有些工具他们还没有，要order，
然后工具的费用我要付50%。感觉这些修车铺和dealer换water pump都没什么把握，而
且怕修着修着又出什么幺蛾子，最后要是一两千都打不住就不好了。
被dealer和修车铺黑怕了，所以上来问问有没有好的解决方法或者经验，多谢！ |

发帖数: 73 | 11 有些事情，不遇到还是真难相信。我也是被这个车折腾惨了。虽然是dodge的车，但是
据说是三菱的设计，电池装在左前轮正前方，换电池要把车架起来，然后把左前轮卸下
来才能换。幸好在walmart买电池，可以免费装，然后一过去，大叔说你前面还有三辆
等着要换，全是stratus。而且V6的更脑残，换spark plug，我自己搞定了4个，另外俩
硬是塞在死角没法弄，然后到私人修车铺，别人费了好大劲换了一个，说另外一个要把
engine螺丝松开，把engine往外搬一点才有空间换，我也是崩溃了，到现在最后一个还
没换。water pump也是，据说I4很简单，V6巨复杂。车铺老头教育我说以后一定要买四
缸的。我也想着要么修好就卖掉，要么直接卖了。只是不知道直接买的话有谁会买。 |

但是市面上95-00的cirrus已经不多了，stratus v6 es也是一样
发动机动力还是不错的，而且车3klbs不到，所以加速还是很充裕的
tranny有些负评价，但是我开的98 stratus tranny还是挺smooth的
我感觉悬挂还是比较硬的，起码比camry硬多了，路感挺好
我开了两年，一万迈不到，so far so good.可惜5月份被我撞坏了，现在还在修复中

I see a lot of negative reviews for this car , so I might have just got
lucky. Without any doubt this was the best car I have ever owned and would
not hesitate to buy another one . I quit buying Chrysler a long time ago.( I
am 50 yrs old) But couldn't pass this one up. Paid $1000 with 135,000 miles
on it. It now has 280,000 miles and engine and tranny are still strong.

， 作为Vixen的LVW的翻版做的很好， 大概２／３的FOV都很锐。这在f４.7的镜子上算
表现很好了。 我在自己的XT１０i上用Televue的２０mm T5也只能看到８５％清晰的视

Mile: 75K at purchase time, now 115K
Years in Service: 3
Purchased Price: $3300
Maintain/Repair Cost: Around $2500 (横穿过一次美国，那时候不知道要换
transmission
oil,结果路上transmission dead了，去了一大笔银子。。。后来录录续续换过timing
belt, battery, seat belt, brake pads等等)
Total cost /year: (3300+2500)/3= $1930
要是明年暑期换车之前没有大修的话，开四年每年花销大概$1500左右。 |

发帖数: 1351 | 40 第一次看车没有什么经验，去了一个dealer group，本来打算看两辆，结果一辆雪弗莱
已经在我们以前卖走了；剩下一个挺新的plymouth，我觉得很奇怪，为什么好几天都没
卖掉？然后问那个人，他很直接的就告诉我了：这个车窗是手动的，要靠手摇啊摇的。
然后车的东西都是手动，没有一个power，没有CD。反正就是最便宜的选项，做别人的
好车一比较就很明显，这车配置太差，空间狭小，里面有金属的地方都有锈的痕迹。开
始还没有意识到配置有多么重要，现在终于觉得不爽了！然后另外一个dealer还推荐了
一个其他的车，好像是dodge stratus，明显感觉配置比前面的车好一些，马力也大，
空间也够大，但是我心里就比较发虚，因为没有在网上看中的，估计肯定是carfax有问
题，而且mileage都超过10万了，当时就说要carfax看看，结果那dealer磨磨蹭蹭，后
来拿了份maintainance出来，不是carfax的，而且叫我们立即付钱把车开走。我说我没
带现金，他说可以写check，然后我说明天再来，他就好像知道我不买了，说为什么？
被他这么一说，我们更加不放心了，赶紧上车走人。
