发帖数: 2074 | 1 上周4终于回到家里。为期一周的WPPI摄影年会终于结束。2012的WPPI带给我太多的收
获，太多的感激。在最后一天的颁奖晚会上，当主持人叫到我和LD的名字,叫我上台领
奖时，真的是惊吓多过于兴奋，仿佛做了一场梦，到现在还没晃过神来。
在过去3年里，每年的WPPI年会都是我们一年里最大的期待。
WPPI http://www.wppionline.com/wppi-show.shtml是全球最大的职业摄影师和摄影爱好者的年会。 每年在2－3月份在Las Vegas的MGM会展中心举行。今年吸引了来自全世界17.000的摄影师和爱好者前来上课学习，交流参观。很高兴也遇到很多来自亚洲的摄影师，香港，马来西亚，菲律宾，新加坡。
1。 Plus Class
今年的WPPI从2月16日开始，前两天是为期2天的Plus Class. Plus Class每个班的人数
不得超过30人，这是今年开设Plus Class的讲师：

谈谈专家的可信度
昨天夜里听见先生和儿子的声音在楼上，当然我不知道是录音，是模仿，还是真人就在
楼上，但我有一点累，所以也没有上楼去查看。但夜里听见楼上一阵啪啦啦的脚步声，
不知道是不是又出现什么情况，我知道，即使他们被绑架，我也无能为力。我混沉沉睡
着了，心里有一些堵的感觉，又似有很多梦。
起来后，看网上，发现我昨夜写的帖子不见了踪影，估计又被搞鬼了。看中国股市又跌
了。不至于，我一灰心丧气，中国股市也跟着跌，我又不是毛泽东，中国比我强的比比
皆是。是美国太重视我了，天天围追堵截的，宁肯杀了我，也不放我走。其实，我到中
国，什么也不是，连份工作也未必可以找到。
看中国网上，有一份报道题目这样说，在中国上市的转基因产品都是安全的。是不是安
全，要听专家的，不能听隔壁王大妈。我又不禁嫣然一笑。专家的话，固然是要参考的

It's not 女多男少 here. It is that I personally think men dont even have the
right to post unless he has most of the common items that women seek for.
As the result, men dont post as much as women.

In order to use B-H method, I have to filter the genes by fold change, in
order to get small q-values, but the preselection could give only dependent
genes in the study.

要是把multiple testing也算进去，那就更多了，什么efron，tibshirani和前几天提
过的storey都做。
超高维数据里面的variable selection，也算bioinfo提出的问题。人就更多了。
很多bayesian都在bioinfo里发现非常好的应用，比如刘军。

multtest, qvalue
基本上就是你通过hypothesis testing得到一堆pvalues之后，用一些方法（包括
permutation tests）重新搞出一些adjusted的p-values来控制family wise error
rate就是我们平常说的type I error rate.
而storey提出的qvalues是针对false discovery rate来做的,less conservative. |
