以后一直都是在这家剪的。今天照例进去坐定，摘掉眼镜，似乎今天给我剪的是第一次
碰到，以前没让他剪过。按照习惯，告诉他"cut short",然后就闭上眼睛养神了。

5K plus. The difference is $720. I did not get it because agent used as part
of closing cost.
看了LZ的info, I asked the agent 正在做的re-finance loan. From the HUD note,
there is also about 700 plus lender credit more than the loan originate fee.
她也用来cover part of closing. 我拿不到。但是，Loan 的费用Agent 出的。part
from loan originate fee and part is from lendor credit.
So Basically, loan agent may rasie the loan originate fee in order to get
