我今年5月1日搬家，从downtown搬到了郊区的apartment。在郊区的apartment是街趴。
因为是residential permit parking，所以我4月25号从city hall买的city sticker。
确切的说是换了city sticker，从downtown的zone换到了郊区的zone。 这样我在郊区
的街趴就合法了。
6月份的时候再次renew了下一个年度的 city sticker （2013年六月至2014年六月）。
搬家之后立即更新了driver license的地址 （online更新）。但是经验不够，忘记了
更新 car registration的地址。
上个星期突然收到payment ticket说我有$700的罚单需要付。理由是 5月3日的时候街
趴，他们说我没有city sticker和zone sticker。同时说我们已经过了contest时间。
我打电话想预约hearings，但是人工电话说已经过了可以contest时间，不给预约。
我想申诉这个莫名其妙的罚单，不知道应该走社么途径？

爸爸妈妈18般武艺轮流上，多催多鼓励，只要能赶上校车就算万事大吉了。
今天早上爸爸催她洗脸刷牙，帮她挤好牙膏搓好毛巾，人家就是趴在地上玩她刚收到的
stickers。
和颜悦色地催，没用。
妈妈把眼睛蒙上，说睁开的时候要看到宝宝刷完牙了，没用。人家挪一下腿，继续玩她
的stickers。
爸爸说你再玩stickers就没收了，没反应。
数一二三，她动了动，还是没刷牙。
终于爸爸把她的sticker收走了。结果大家也能想到，嚎啕大哭加强制洗漱（的确要迟
到了），弄湿了一套衣服，最后终于把她架到车站了。

发帖数: 30 | 41 上星期刚买的ford新车。当时车窗的sticker分两张。一张就是正常的ford官方的
sticker。另外一片是dealer自己的sticker写着有两个dealer installed package。
dealer用胶带把这两个sticker一块粘在了车窗上。把车开会家后却怎么也找不到这两
个package体现在哪儿。刚才把那个sticker拿过来一看突然发现那个dealer installed
package 上的VIN number 和我的车的根本不一样。也就是说dealer把另外一个车的
sticker的一部分贴在了我的车上，这两个dealer的package一共920刀。之后讨价还价
都是在以有这辆个package 为默认前提的MSRP上进行的。最后签价格协议的时候上面打
出来的MSRP价格也是包括这两个package的。我刚才把合同拿出来看上面只有最后的售
出价格，没有MSRP。请问这个种情况下还有什么办法么？ 诶，都怪自己太不小心了。
不过我也是真没想到那么大的dealer也会骗人。 |

时Regrenation，没有给inspection sticker。
滴乐说只要临时牌照就可以上路了。他们会在3周内把正式牌照和Registration寄过来
，然后我自己去NJ的state inspection station领5年的new car inspection sticker
。（我从没去过state inspection station，因为之前买的ML350从dealer提车的时候
就有5年sticker了。）
但是根据MVC的网站，貌似所有车辆必须有inspection sticker才能上路？
而外州lease的车必须要申请一个14天的临时inspection sticker:

being the case, the most frequent time this Notice of Infraction is cited is
because the stickers on the tags are not your current ones. Often people

这里给个Tip
事先查好路线（可到http://www.mapquest.com ）。
然后把在哪儿换路写到Post Sticker上。一个路口
用一张Sticker。
例如：
1. 81N Exit 6 to 70E
2. 70E Exit 128-A to 35N
以上两条写在两张Sticker上。字写大些，容易辨认。
把所有的Sticker按顺序排好。上路时，把Sticker
贴在方向盘中间。过一个路口，揭掉一张Sticker。
另外快到你的出口时，注意出口是在左边还是右边。
提前换道，做好准备。
