汉诺威教育分局(Hanover School Division)主席希尔德布兰德(Randy Hildebrand)表示﹐抽烟亭要拆除﹐教育局感到失望。他也指出缅省政府反对此设施﹐立场十分清楚。

出现了各种指数，例如世界司法项目的"法制指数"（Rule of Law Index），世界银行
的"管理指数"（Governance Index）和"社会进步指数"（Social Progress Index），
通过调查公民满意度，并综合公布的统计数字，在这些基础上排列各国在不同类别的管
理表现。

他们还是series的上狗热门队，因为在WS上主场优势巨大，
主队已经连续赢了10几场球，回到奥克兰主场，
他们有信心sweep伤员名单越来越长的道奇队。
绿帽子主教练Tony La Russa并没有因为前两场失利而改变coaching style，
仍然根据matchup很大胆的调整阵容。由于第三场对手的主投是左手，
首发阵容一口气换了三名球员，特别惹人争议的是用rookie Terry Steinbach
代替老将Don Baylor出现在DH的位置上。这个贝勒当年也是MLB大名鼎鼎的打手，
拿过league MVP，后来退役以后长期担任Rockies的主教练，还当过两年的
cubbie的教练，政绩就是操爆了Woods,Clement,Prior这些小星星。
这厮一听说tony不带他玩，立刻就爆了，和tony吵了一架以后，
从此再也没能戴绿帽子上场。
Tony的左对右，右对左战术实际上又犯了overmanage的毛病了，
因为他挑选的这些专打左投的打手们都没有机会对上道奇的左手主投Tudor，
