传统上中国锅都是铸铁的，好处是保持热能好，但是较重。现在大多用carbon steel锻
轧锅了，所谓炒勺就是这个。轻，但是需要火比较猛。 |

因为煎蛋不需要太高温度所以只热锅30秒, 别人的 carbon steel 锅和铸铁锅不沾效果

我们现在的是那种普通的白色的，spill出来的东西遇到高温就harden在上面，使劲都弄不下来。Stainless steel的应该至少比这种好，对不对？

从 bed bath & beyond 买了一个 12 寸 的 carbon steel 炒锅。按照说明书做了
Seasoning. 但是还是有问题：
1. seasoning 做了以后。色泽不均匀。四周基本是偏黑色。但是底部不是很黑。
2. 每次炒菜的时候，好像会掉点黑色到菜上面。
3. 昨天做完菜后， 洗了后。留了半锅水。今天发现出现黄锈。 seasoning 过 的锅
也不能放水长时间吗？
现在不知道这锅还能不能用。 |

我一直用不粘锅当炒锅，不耐高热，所以油不热就开炒。即使如此不沾层也会掉。估计
也加上我用洗碗机。
最近又得换锅了，在AMAZON上面研究了一下，发现专业点儿的人还是推荐铁锅。有cast
iron的，铸铁？那玩意太沉了啊。针对沉的问题有人推荐carbon steel的，看起来普
遍反映不错。
产品介绍说买回来需要season一下，好像就是均匀地摸一层油，然后烧热。看起来这个
season不是一劳永逸的。那么多久需要season一次呢？
还有，网上说要用那种刷锅专用的东西（我家管那叫‘吹诌’）来刷，不能用soap, 更
不能用洗碗机。我又犹豫了。
这种过season过以后就不沾了吗？比如炒鸡蛋，炒饭，炒肉，都不沾了？

原以为下下周才到的气筒，居然今天就到了，超级大的一个大箱子，
一堆气泡里面一把小气筒。
anyway,包装很简单，但是拿出来就感觉很不同，非常有质感，而且
非常轻，我原来还以为铁的多重呢，感觉比walmart那个还轻些。
做工不用说了，德国人的东西，真叫一个精致。看看金属脚踏板上的
字母就晓得了，金属头上面的presta/Schraeder字样也是刻在上面的，
非常精致。
直接把俺的驴拉过来打气，打前轮，还是打不进，边打边漏，惊了！！
重新拧一次，再打，同样结果。 再拧下来，得，内胎的金属头整个被
拧下来了。 我估计这个内胎的头就是个坏的（当时店里白送的个）。
看来nothing is free啊。。。我又给后胎打气，一切正常，
打了几下就打到110psi了，很轻松。 确认了是前胎的问题。

reversible mag release)。尤其是steel chasis，是不是说内置的钢结构件是一体的
？这样当然能强化结构。

看图片，塑料枪枪身和套筒导轨接触的地方就是四个钢角，接触面积小所以不怎么怕泥

Al. one is brand new, looks shining and nice, but heavy, not because it is Al.
but due to those four huge pins. Steel one oks, I normally use it.
The price ranges from $200 to $700. I choose middle-up range, affordable and
they are all OK.
Some advice, be very careful to keep the integratity of the net system, you
