如果v是一个vector，那么应该用 std::sort(v.begin(),v.end()) 进行排序。
作为数组，数组名 v 同时也表示第一个元素的地址，相当于 v.begin()，而 v+1000 则是最后一个元素之后的地址，相当于 v.end() |

等待时间均值（mean）： 8.15天
等待时间标准差（std）: 2.82天
根据以上数据: 34% TSC PP approval 发生在PP RD 7 天之内
61% 发生在PP RD 9 天之内
84% 发生在PP RD 11天之内
98% 发生在 14天之内
所以7天的时候有点着急，不过还好第九天时approve了
劝大家耐心等待，不要着急。
另外现在USCIS 网站上case status 更新拖后很多，至少TSC的case更新经常拖后，大家
没必要为此担心。没消息就是好消息 |
