between super node and nodes for content distribution. unicast can be
used between node/hub & stb.
For video traffic, QoS is the key. DPI based policy control (Gx/Gy)
and bandwidth management for 3gpp mobile network is the right direction
IMHO.

remote控制。我不是要看加密的hd。
是不是STB的数字（包括hd）输出不会从同轴电缆out输出？这样可以解释为什么在用同
轴线连的时候收不到数字信号。
看来component to s-video是我唯一的选择。除非能弄好firewire。 |

示是 ClearQAM。
我以为cable card是用来接加密了的数字信号用的。要不time warner把大部分台都加
密了。
唯一选择是s-video了。希望图像损失不大。 |

现在芯片组没有PAP，powerdvd还是TMT播放正版的时候，解码为7.1/5.1 LPCM输出，似
乎强制downmix的问题
HTPC在蓝光这块，能提供完整方案的，要PAP，这不是说没有PAP，就不能叫做HTPC
明年会比较有意思，ceton出的cable卡+i3/H55倒是可以构成一个完整的DVR/bluray

4x 主频快很多比55，4x的设计目标是bluray 播放机的SoC
55感觉是针对DVR STB应用的，我不是非常清楚sigma design的目地
国内的爱国者的8126用的就是55，55的SDK不含bluray支持
42和43的关系有些类似34和35
就是少了macrovision之类的版权保护的license好像
因为sigma design知道，很多高清机他根本不需要也不在乎啥macrovision保护之类的
，把这些省了，减低成本 当时8635也是这个目地
而42就是正规bluray STD所用
在功能速度上42=43 ，听说还有个44集成了高级视频后期处理的部分，但是我不熟悉有

发帖数: 51 | 12 Revue好好倒腾一下还是有些特别的用处的，特别是家里有几个高清电视机的。不过真
的只适合爱折腾的GEEK，一般消费者是不会买账的。晒一下我的一些应用吧：
1. 键盘有IR Blaster,可以从任何一个房间控制Revue，并间接控制settop box或DVR,
AV receiver。这样的话，只要把HDTV（或SDTV)信号split后接到各个房间，就能把其
他房间的电视变成纯显示设备来接收客厅里的所有input devices. 我只要拿着键盘就
可以在主卧看fios,高清DVR,Chrome上网，nexflix...方便而且省了第二个STB的月租。
等于把没有network功能的电视全变成有network功能的电视
2. 可以PIP,边上网边看电视。广告时间live tv小屏幕，chrome大屏。
3. 可以从home network上播放video,picture - 部分替代smart tv和网络播放器的功
能
4. TV camera是可以在电脑上用的（基本值回$30了）。想着去搞个松下blueray(有
skype app)看看能不能连上用。
