还得养车，偶车十多年了除了保险公司赔，从不让别人动，洗车打蜡都是自己干，
不过好久没洗了，最近搞了个20G的吸尘器，房子没搬先把车里整干净了。
言归正传，难道除了买stationary和烧汽油的，就没啥好的气泵了吗？ |

，5个月的时候玩完一面的玩具自己会转身到另一面，5个半月开始会蹦，蹦的很欢，搞
得我都不怎么敢放她在里面很久，怕蹦的太狠太累。现在6个月，不会那样一直蹦了，
玩一会蹦一会，可以在里面自己玩45分钟，很让妈妈省心。这个可以360度转圈，有四
个高度调节，我们已经从最矮的一级往上调了两格了。最大承重25磅，估计我们再用一
个月左右就用不了了。要买的妈妈想最大化利用，宁早勿晚。 |

半身重量），但也能达到一定强度（通过调节坡度）。我从怀孕3个月起一直坚持，每
周2-3次，感觉很好。宝宝现在6个月，非常健康，我认为是受益于锻炼。
还有，如果你怀孕前很瘦的话，会比别人长得多些。每周长一磅是正常的。我因为怀孕
前一年多减肥了十几磅，整个孕期基本都是一周长一磅。 |

值没过，所以算是stationary diabete，具体也没听清楚。后来说的是，这个课总共2
小时，第一小时讲nutrition，第2小时讲怎么扎手指测血糖之类的。护士说我只用听第
一小时。然后没小时的费用是88块，他们寄账单给我的保险公司的时候，会code
correspondingly, 那样保险公司会给我报80%，我自己出20%，那样就便宜多了。还是
去上上这个课吧。

I bought a baby gym for my son (he is 3.5 mo old), and he started playing
with it since 5 weeks. But for some reason, he spent most time watching the
spinning toy in the middle, but does not seem to actively reach out and grab.
we also have a kick and play bouncy chair, a cradle swing (with a spinning

回帖里不少id给了宝贵建议，特别鸣谢sealight强调的晨跑，我lg不忙的时候带过一段
，结果娃那几天确实活跃很多，白天走路都是蹦蹦跳跳的，虽然还是骨头软和歪歪扭扭
的，但是起码有了活力，可惜最近lg又忙了，只好暂停，等3、4个月后我能陪他折腾再
说了。
娃现在情况好些了，至少不怎么趴着了，下午老师来家里的时候也特别活跃，东跑西跑
的，我觉得他习惯了没有午觉然后早睡的作息是一方面，同时前段时间爸爸能带着运动
也好很多。
这期间我带他去学区做了PE的评估，那里的孩子大多是坐轮椅，走路都走不好的，所以
他虽然low muscle tone，但是不符合接收标准。有趣的是，娃在那里试课的两次，非
常喜欢那个体育课堂，回家后还一直念叨要去。我觉得是以为那些活动比较简单，适合
他的水平，同时是教室setting，两个老师三个娃，得到的指导也多，所以比gym课的效
果好。

在别处放着呢，别光盯着本来应该有的区看。特别是这周on sale的东西，如果店里进
的货多的话，有时就堆在某个角落里，而不是货架上。
还有就是要多问问。既然已经来了，问问售货员，说不定就能找到想买的东西，千万别
不好意思。有些售货员说不定还会从仓库里帮你找出来。
另外，广告上的图并不是那么全，还是要读一下小字。比如CVS本周的Scotch
Packaging Tape 或是Stationary masking tape $1.99。图上的packaging tape只有透
明的，其实另一种棕色不透明的也包括,因为它一切符合packaging tape 2" x 800"。
拿不准的时候，去price scanner那扫一下就好了。
还有，就是平时多攒rp吧。很重要啊～～～
