grace period了。你可以试试还清balance之后停用一个月，然后再开始 |

应该只有通过Paypal付款的会给5%，其它都不给。

citi dividend每年累积cb上限300，我每月15日出statement，所以这两天的消费要到1
月15日才能出statement给cb。我知道5%应该会给没有问题，问题是这100多的cb会算在
哪年的300上限里啊？今年还是明年？

什么叫“eligible transactions appearing on your January - December billing
statements”？我12月账单12/5就出来了，那我12/5-12/31的消费就要算到下一年度的
