搞不清楚 line 4和line 11
在line 4需要填去年州立退税的金额吗？
我收到了1099-G表，上面有07 state income tax refund的金额。
写的是generally, your state income tax refund must be included in your
federal income for the year in which your check was received if you deducted
the state income tax paid as itemized deduction on your federal return.
读不懂这句话，到底第4行填不填07年的州立退税？

state id,因为条子开罚单后一般把你的驾照收走了，这时候你正好要出差租rental

(1) If I am TA/RA in ISU, can my wife pay in-state tution in UIowa?
I know that different universities have their own policy on this issue.
(2) If my wife applied in China and get admission to ISU, can she pay in-

tution? I know a lot F2 transfer to F1 and pay in-state tution, but I am
not sure what is the case if my wife ccome to ISU directly with F1 visa.

the state income tax, which is far more complicated than the federal tax
return. Based on my file(might be wrong somewhere), I should get a refund of
around 2000, tonight I checked the my bank account, it turns out that the
state of california puts 3600 on hold from my account. I am thinking even if
I made a mistake, I could not have owed the state for 3600.
Any tax accountant there can help?

state pky（这里明明白白立着一个绿色的牌子：Toll Road）；去程出口：exit 131。
回程入口：从 NJ-27N 转往 GARDEN STATE PKY，回程出口：exit 140。
我的问题是：1、garden state parkway到底收费否？为啥我没看到收费站呢？
2、如果是收费路，我现在应该到哪里去补交路费才不至于被罚呢？

Huntsville State Park is in the north of Houston. Google maps shows
