发帖数: 2986 | 1 我用STAAD做钢结构分析，发现第2和5根梁（对称）存在抗剪能力不足的问题，可是我
发现这两个梁的剪力都只有大约650kN,而W14x1049梁的实际抗剪能力应该有大约680kN,
所以系数应该小于1（安全）的，可是STAAD计算的结果是这个系数为1.07（不安全）。
本来是很简单的结构，不知道什么地方我的计算没有考虑到，请大家帮忙看看。下面是
STAAD文件命令，谢谢！

stiffness. Theoretically, changing the beam stiffnes should not affect the
support reactions, since the beam relative stiffness does not change. But
stadd gives different reactions for different beam stiffness. This can not
be correct. What's wrong with stadd here?

发帖数: 86 | 6 对于钢结构（Brace Frame),梁到柱，梁到梁的连接设计，Transfer Force 是非常重要
的部分设计力，直接影响到结构的安全。如何确定这部分Transfer Force ，是设计的
重要步骤。这部分力，包括梁，柱，垂直brace,和水平brace, 确定最终设计值非常消
耗时间。
当前很多工程师不能正确计算Transfer Force,或不能理解Transfer Force 的产生，误
认为就是梁的轴向力，这是错误的理解，导致错误的设计。
在重工业工程钢结构设计中，STAAD Pro 比较流行，但是这个程序不能正确提供
Transfer Force,直白的说，其提供的结果是错的。但是很多工程师因为不知道基体的
原因，也不知道如何计算，将错就错，仞用STAAD程序提供的结果。就这个问题，我多
次向这个程序公司反应，要求更新。直到现在没有见到任何更正。
为了弥补这部分错误，我针对性的设计了一个 Transfer Force Spreadsheet,用于计算
Transfer Force, 不管多少荷载组合，多大的程序，都能运用，只需要原程序模型就行。

是不是基本上 土木的软件 建模都是 based on Grid system? 用惯了 Ansys,
Abaqus, Solidworks 对这不太习惯,对不规则模型。 但是很想要 土木专业软件的

反正简单的看，如果你给出的数值都对，
650/(0.9*680) = 1.062 和你的1.07接近，也许capaciy小于680，那么就更接近1.07了，
我猜想可能是有个0.9的phi factor. |

面公式G2-1和G2-2算算，不对的话那就是STAAD的问题了

AY = 44.23 cm^2 = 6.86in^2
FV = 0.4 * 6.86in^2 * 50ksi = 137.2kip
Stress Ratio = 146.83kip/137.2kip = 1.07
My understanding per AISC:
AY = 14.3in (d) * 0.52 in (tw)= 7.5 in^2
FV = 0.4 * 7.5in^2 * 50ksi = 150kip
Stress Ratio = 146.83kip/150kip = 0.98

键模不是很方便？ 看他的说明书都不知道怎么定义 arbitrary grid system. 并且好
像是based on sketch plane, 不能直接定义 3d grid.
Robot Millennium 是法国的好像，刚在 1月份被 Audodesk 收购了，你说的没错
Revit structure 不是分析软件，更像 Telka Structure 那样的详图软件，得跟
Robot Millennium 结合作分析。
看来就 Ram, Staad Pro, Robot Millennium 3个挑一了。 Ram 没用过，不知道能不
能找个trial version. |

上次已经请教过 Sap2000 vs Staad Pro
我知道的有
1。Sap2000 (感觉3D frame 比较方便，确实后处理不太好）
2。Etabs （没用过）
3。Staad Pro （也比较容易用，后处理结果写报告方便，不过还不知道怎么定一任意
non-uniform grid system？)
4。Ram Structure system （没用过）
5. Revit Structure ( 刚听说过名字）
钢结构为主，设计完能出 结构设计图， erection drawing 的更好
请多多执教， 希望搞一国行内最广泛，国际通用的设计软件，最好 <$10k :) |

Ask attorney to change job description and request prvailing wage again. Do
not put too many advanced skills, do not require special design software (
like SAP2000, RISA,STAAD....). |

用传统 FEA 软件设计 结构不是太方便，想鼓吹老板买个structure 的专业软件。

Revit Structure貌似本身不是设计软件，而是实现其他结构设计软件数据共享和与
architecture图同步的桥梁。Robot没用过，好像起源于欧洲，是罗马尼亚或是波兰什
么地方的。 |
