早在九十年代初期，也就是大圈们横扫香港的同时期，香港的汽车保险公
司可说是损失惨重。许多名牌车，往往只要车主下车去吃碗烧鹅粉的工
夫，车就没了。一时间，港九地区风声鹤唳，羊毛出在羊身上，私家车保
费猛涨，有钱佬人人自危。车都去了哪里了呢？去了大陆。
被偷的车先是被开到某个货仓里，装入货柜。两辆车一上一下，车顶对着
车顶，都用钢绳拉住，避免碰撞。这样，一个四十尺的货柜，一般可以装
下六辆车，再用拖车拉过罗湖或者是龙岗口岸。海关呢？那时候的深圳海
关早已烂透了，基本上都被买通，所以如入无人之境。这些车一般都被运
往顺德和汕头这两个最大的走私车市场出售，买家多是广东地区“先富起
来” 的那部分人。也有部分车是在香港被就地肢解，运入大陆后再组装起
来出售。当时顺德和汕头地区可以说是对走私车一条龙服务，包括上牌，
只要你出钱就行。后来被枪毙了的惠州市公安局长赚的就是这牌照钱。
后来不行了。大陆下了决心，与港方联手打击汽车偷盗走私。历史证明，
只要共产党真的想做件什么事情，几乎没有做不到的。未几，深圳那个海

The house-representative in my district offered help. Waiting for result (at
the same time scheduled for second appointment for fingerprints).
Although it won't save me any time, but those *ssholes in USCIS deserve to
be reprimanded. |

has been with me for close to 5 years. My graduate student has job offers,
but guess what he decide to take a break (now you know why I'm so frustrated
with him; yes, he is American). I'm just saying that sometimes it is not
the AP,it is YOU. One of my Ph.D. labmate went to a big lab, guess what,
his/her Nature publication was retracted. I think his/her science career is
pretty much over, too.

首先我要声明几点：
1.写这个帖子不是针对ArtyArty。只是这些年见过猪跑，也吃过猪肉，这些言论我太熟
悉了。在此借ArtyArty的发言总结一下，给找postdoc的人一个参考。我当时差点被坑
死了，不想别人走我老路。
2.这种逻辑不是CAP特有的，但是在CAP身上显著enrich--也就是说，你找了CAP，中招
的可能性最大。
3.仔细考虑了一下这是不是所谓的负能量贴，最后觉得不是。echowuhao说了，学生物
也得学做人，第一就是要诚实。发这种得罪人的帖子，对我自己其实浪费时间也没好处。
4.我不是要把CAP赶尽杀绝。观其言，察其行，认识到烂的，好的CAP自然有人识货。
5.旧社会把人变成鬼。>90%的生物博士是不适合在这个恶劣的行业继续走下去的。想要
翻身把歌唱，请移步生物转行俱乐部。
先给我的conclusions：
1. CAP说话的可信度很低。找工作时，不要把中国传统的尊师重教情节带到跟PI的交流
中。PI其实就是个service的职业，找postdoc就是找labor，一人出钱，一人干活。你

grant and survive. My parents actually questioned my decision asking me why
I want to do this because the pay is horrible.
