库统计研究，发现彩票号码出现规律，从而可进一步找到中奖规律，不过，这个说法很

拥有约12亿手机用户的印度是仅次于中国的全球第二大手机市场。但是，在这些手
机用户中，只有三分之一的用户目前使用的是智能手机，其余用户还在使用功能机，这
些数量庞大的功能机用户对于谷歌、手机制造商、和移动运营商来说都是有待开发的潜
在客户。
随着本地的和来自中国的手机制造商陆续推出低价智能手机，印度的智能手机价格
