发帖数: 869 | 1 联到sr2, 先提供了485 recept#,说明我要transfer from EB2 to EB3 based on
recently approved 140.
这个sr2先是说他只能帮我处理我的case，我ld的case必须再打一次电话。
然后问我要140的case#，给了他之后告诉我我作为beneficiary不能要求transfer，只
有petitioner (公司）或者attorny 才能打电话要求transfer. 写信的话也要公司或者
律师才行。我问邮件行不行，他好像不清楚的样子。
最后他说可以帮我open一个service request, 查询我485的状态，2周后会收到email。
这个回复和我从版上了解到的不同。我感觉这个sr2可能级别较低，对于降级经验较少
。请问版上有没有其他人也遇到类似的情况说只有公司才能要求transfer/relink 485?
另外这个sr2说给我开一个service request,这样的话我是否2周内就不能再打电话给
uscis作sr了？我打算明天接着打电话要求降级。。。 |

SR 代表： SPEED RESISTENCE， F 为 falling ， R 为 rising ，
在图中粉色线，粉线有三根，桔黄线有三根，大盘在四月有效突破 F-SR
进入R-SR 和 R-SR2 扇形区域，R-SR 为本次升浪的主要阻力线。
主要是连接11月低点 741 ，956，跟1018 的，此为目前死皮强压力线。
死皮在7月，一次回弹R-SR以后再度上攻，并且成功突破F-SR1。
然后死皮进入R-SR主阻力线和R-SR1的及其狭窄的上升区域。
然后，大盘近期将第五次接近R-SR主阻力线，可见，上攻已经尽显疲态。
一般从TA角度来说，只有F-SR2 被上攻有效突破并且站稳才是反转，
目前看在1230-1240 左右，死皮只有突破 1230-1240 左右才是确信牛市。
才是真正的反转，否则只是反弹。由于 R-SR1 和 R-SR 过于狭窄
所以，死皮只有通过时间上的转换，才能换取空间上的突破，也就是
时间换空间。
现在就是两种情况：
1：死皮遇到超级利好，一举突破R-SR |

不太记得140降级是怎么操作的，只记得当时降级的140批得挺快的。但是二排启用后交
485的时候出现个问题，就是485 receipt上面显示依然是2类申请。当时没注意，直到
第一次current后的排期倒退前才发现。收到receipt的时候，我的理解可能是移民局的
一个失误但不会影响批我的案子，因为我的排期在二类从来没current过，可他们还是
发了EAD给我。
等到17年12月的时候RFE还没来，但看到论坛里已经有几个排期在我之后的朋友都批准
了，于是联系了律师让他帮我催移民局改我的类别。
第一次SR，问题没解决，但case history就显示request was completed。于是让律师

leak. But lately few trusted source proved to be wrong (wrong announcement
date) and some non-trusted source proved to be right (Batis lens). So let’s
see if that new source is spot on. I hope he is wrong because it would mean
