I797才file H1B, 可是我现在还没有呢！然后又一定要在11月前入职，所以想叫他们直
接交DOS的FR，也不知道肯不肯。
想来问一下大家，有谁是直接用DOS的FR申的H1B最后被批的？因为要用pp，不知道如果
15天到了我的waiver还没有批的话,最坏的结果是怎么样啊？
好背啊，看到我们这一批的一批批被批准，我就被漏下了。。。。
补充：刚才打电话USCIS要求SR，然后给了我一个confirmation number，说是一般5天
内处理，15天之后没消息再打电话。不知道这个靠不靠谱啊，有没有人做过SR然后有效
果的？ |

. We have had to perform additional review and this has caused a delay in
processing time. Your case is currently in line for processing and
adjudication. Cases are processed in the order in which they were received.
If you do not receive a decision or notice of further action within 90,
please contact customer service.
90天后没有任何动静，所以2016年4月12号做了第二次SR,得到如下回复：

3月份file 我和老婆的485， 指纹很快就验了。EAD,AP也3个月内就拿到了。具体拿到
时间忘了。
485状态一直pending，现实状态如下：

今天打电话要service request，765到是正常给做了。再说到131要求SR，就说现在还
是normal processing time，9月份的还在处理，不给做SR。
这个正常么？
是不是我哪里说错了，再打电话应该怎么说能催到131呢？

RD: 7/16, ND: 8/3。一直到现在还没收到FP，网上查询状态，485一直还处于
acceptance。看到有许多比我晚的人到approve了，至少几乎所有的人都早就打完指纹
了，真不知道他们是不是把我的申请拿去垫咖啡杯了。不知道FP还有比我更慢的没有？
9/1打电话做了service request，结果看起来SR一点用都没有。现在又过去30多天了，
一切如旧。刚给TSC的follow-up那个email发了信，希望这个能有点用，至少能尽快收
到FP通知吧。打个指纹都这么难，不知道什么时候才能真正拿到卡啊？ |

time是4个月，应该过了4个月就可以打电话做SR了吧？但是现在网上查TSC的EB类485，
Processing timeframe写着May 10, 2010。打电话过去他们就说现在才处理到5月10日
的，8月的还要慢慢等。
可是问题是网上这个时间是as of: September 30, 2010。也就是说他们9月份处理到5
月了，所以他们的处理时间应该还是4个月左右（多一点而已）。按接电话的那个人的
意思，是现在才处理到5月10日，那处理时间岂不变成7个月左右了？也就是等不到7个
月就不能做SR了？ |

发帖数: 9084 | 27 考古了下，楼主大概是9月初递的485,现在3个多月，我个人建议，没必要bother去SR,4-5个月批下来的太正常了，最多你给tsc/nsc发个信吧, 不过他们很多时候也不回复，但肯定有人看。回不回也无所谓了，淡定的等待，劳神去弄个sr只能让自己更加焦虑。 |

发帖数: 260 | 30 拿到了AP与EAD，立马就跑回家休假了。在现公司做了2年，无时不在想着走人。。。现
就等着拿到卡好重新找工了。
RD是9/3/2010，足等了有4个多月了。但现人在国内，不能打电话了，只能用EMAIL要求
SR。只是，AP与EAD都拿到手了，我申的又是Employment Based 的EB1-A，总不能说我
是等着GC 好走人吧？
大家做SR时，都用的是什么理由呢？ |

多RD在我之后的ID都已经拿到卡了，我这儿还在ACCEPTANCE呢。。。
我现人在国内，也没办法去local office做info pass。有没有什么办法让他们给做SR
呢？急着用GC换工作呢。。。

再联系他们。不知道是不是大家做SR后都会收到这么一封套路的信呢，还是我的CASE真

还有，那个“XM0131”是什么意思？是IO的代号呢，还是别的什么？谢谢！

STATUS显示6/17/11发了RFE.
表明：1. SR有作用，虽然往往是副作用；2.USCIS网站案子状态在更新，只是更新要晚
上几天。
md，这让人怎么搞啊。据说07大潮的八九月就要current了，要不要折腾呢，真让人纠

When i called the first time, my RD is outside of processing time in NSC but
not TSC, they didnot want to do SR for me and told me that I have to wait
when my RD is outside of processing time at TSC since my 485 was originally
submitted to TSC
After processing time is updated in Sep, I called again, since my RD is
outside of processing time at both center. They finally did SR for me and I
got a mail yesterday saying that they are doing some special processing and

I called USCIS on Sept.16 to do SR,
was told that the normal time frame for my case is 115 days from Sept 16!!!
Not the 4 month time line shown as NSC. NOT allowed to do SR. They
explained that additional time is required for cases transferred to NSC.
They need to verify what has been done TSC meets the law requirement. It
really sucks!
