入侵的“敌人”。可见，脾是多么重要。
无独有偶，中医也非常重视脾胃。中医认为，“脾为后天之本”，具有消化、吸收的功
能，是人体气血生化的来源，同样为宝宝的免疫力构筑起一道重要的防线。脾胃弱的宝
宝，对营养物质的消化和吸收能力弱，人体的气血水平降低，还容易出现厌食、食积、
腹泻、便秘等症状，并影响其他脏腑的发育，进而导致肺气不足，更容易得病。另一方
面，宝宝“脏腑娇嫩，形气未充”，乃“稚阴稚阳”之体，各器官的发育和生理功能尚
未成熟和完善，如果妈妈给宝宝吃很多油腻不消化的食物，损伤了脾胃功能，就会影响
宝宝的生长发育，所以调理脾胃，增强脾胃功能很重要。
这个季节，可选择的食物较多，但要挑那些有益脾胃消化吸收功能(如：红枣、山药、

发帖数: 51 | 15 冰球现在USA HOCKEY年龄组的划分是８岁以下MITES， ９，１０岁SQUIRT， １１，１
２ PEEWEE， １３，１４ BANTAM。
只有BANTAM才允许BODY CHECK。 所以到了BANTAM的年龄要求非常严格，一定要１３岁
才可以打BANTAM。
一般PEEWEE以下的比赛还好，因为规则不允许BODY CHECKING，所以比赛还算文明。但
是高速度的运动冲撞是难免的。我家孩子现在在MITES打，已经见到过孩子被撞到地上
一时半会儿爬不起来，水平越高的队因为速度快，孩子被撞到的机会越大。
但是冰球还是个很有意思的运动，速度和力量，孩子打了冰球之后，再看足球，
BASEBALL根本没法看，太慢了。
头盔很重要，一定要选好的买，带上要合适，不能晃。冰鞋的话和孩子有关，我家还子
脚长的快，一年要两双冰鞋 |

发帖数: 2334 | 16 是的，一般开始从滑冰开始。很多美国小孩3，4岁就开始。
而且对小孩的一般是俱乐部形式的，就是你加入当地一个俱乐部了跟着练。各地价格有
区别，我列一个我们这的：
1）learn to skate：一个赛季$120, 每周一次训练，一个小时，一般从11月中到2月底。
2）learn to play：一个赛季$325,开始每周一次训练，后来会和周围的对比赛，
平均每周2小时左右。
以上两个不算travel team，虽说learn to play 会跑到别的镇去比赛。而且NHL有规矩
，8+（含8岁）就得每年交年费（好像是48），是交给NHL，然后会定期给你寄一本老薄
的杂志。
以下是travel team，平均每周训练2次，每次50分钟，周末就和周围的俱乐部比赛。水
平高的俱乐部的话跑得范围大，跨几个州是常事。一同事的儿子读初中，他老妈去年带
他到处比赛就开了4万迈，不过他们那个俱乐部算不错的了。
费用是一年$825，加上杂七杂八的，一年$1000. travel team是按年龄分队：
mites：5-8
squirt: 9-10

。不过8+的孩子要按年龄分队，就是不管水平如何，9，10岁的孩子必然是mite，以此
类推。即使是mite，或squirt，里面还按水平细分成几个队，平时训练会在一起，就和
周围的俱乐部比赛的时候是分开的。然后像这种中途加入的孩子自动会放到最差的那个
里头。其实这个绝大多数时候不是问题，这边的小孩都是很小就开始打，打的好的孩子
