Without tonight's forecast, my guess is that PCLN's
short-squeeze limit would be around $540 or somewhat
higher. It would be extremely overbought at that
price level.
The funds and MMs squeezing at that level would be
exposed to much above average downside risk and will
have to depend on shorts taking shares from them,
not adding to short position. No doubt, many will be
scared and cover right at or near a major peak.

The truth is:
You learn a lot more about MMs and how they manipulate
a stock, when you short something like PCLN.
Right now, MMs of PCLN are at a dilemma as to what to
do next. PCLN has been squeezed to its current price
of $536.
If there is not enough short-covering, MMs will need to
squeeze it higher. But starting at $540, there are a
lot of trapped longs waiting to break even. So net short
covering may not be enough to offset the net selling.

I had my shorts covered and bought more at ~$13.10 yesterday.
It is a very unpredictable stock, but
1). it has already come down too much.
2).there will be a short squeeze with about 7m short outstanding.
3). The company has a lot cash and is buying back which will cause more
short squeeze (arguable).

msft冲不了太高。这个价位散户和基金都不在买了，只有short squeeze和
MM左右手倒腾。等call卖了很多以后，MM就可以打压了。
今天short squeeze比较厉害。很多人er前空了msft, 还有很多人在今天盘中short了

ZNGA这几天暴跌主要原因是被人用来hedge了，因为FB刚上市，除了Underwriters没人
能short。
FB一旦反弹（非常可能，因为Underwriters似乎在技术上搞砸了，over sell了），
ZNGA也会有巨大的Squeeze。
Squeeze完了后看你自己长不长记性了。

I shorted PCLN at 547 covered at 51x... cannot remember in 2012
this bitch was squeezed to 558 right after me shorting
another one, CMG, I shorted at 34x...average up to 36x...
finally this bitch squeezed me to 440... then down to 240, but me out at 28x
...
