发帖数: 11 | 6 3721 的核心文件 CNSMINKP.SYS (C:\windows\system32\drivers\, or winNT\system32\
drivers\),保护3721关键文件和注册表项不被删除。如果你的操作系统是 WINDOWS
XP, 即使进入安全模式，也不能杀掉.
我做的第一步是到 MICROSOFT WEBSITE:

这是我发现最好的清除 3721 的工具,可清除大部分垃圾, 下载,安装.
WINDOWS 2000:
1.断掉所有的 INTERNET( 包括WIRELESS CONECTION)联结, 否则白辛苦, 启动微软的
ANTISPYWARE, RUN FULL SYSTEM SCAN.
2.微软的ANTISPYWARE 找到 包括3721 在内的一大堆SPYWARE, 选择清除, 清除完毕立即
重起机器.
3.进入REGEDT32, 搜寻残余, "3721', ＇Cns＊．＊＇;删之（注意，不要误删．删cns开
头的 |

这类spyware是rouge spyware，假装是杀毒软件，流行了有几年了
开机进safemode with network，装malwarebytes anti malware，install and
update，quick scan，完毕
然后google搜索hitman pro，下载安装扫描，还会扫描出你电脑残留的rootkit之类，
删除重启，

okay i found a much easier way to fix this
hope this will helpe u guys
1 start task manager, find the xxx.exe (can be nlk , xtp or whatever)that has around 11000k under memory
2 end task
3 go to the search bar and type system restore
4 right click it and select run as administrator
(must do this or the XXX.exe will run again)
5 pick a time that your pc was not infected
6 wait for system restore and you pc should be good again

1) Do you set the paging file size properly? You can see the website
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=308417#31 to get some idea.
2) Because of virus, or other programs such as spyware(I know spyware kind of
stuffs can lower the performance, but I'm not sure if it will affect vm).
And windows always needs restart after several days. Windows for the desktop
is not a robust OS. |

some virus. I used Vscan to scan it, but no virus scanned. then i used free
Spy Bouncer to scan the spyware and adware. and it did find them. maybe this
is the reason that my computer runs so slow (is that right?)
SO, my question is how to clear these spyware and adware? I mean, for free!

Macfee is not able to remove some spyware.
press ctl+alt+del to see the processes, and google the names to see if there
's sth wrong with it. It takes a lot of time though.

and found there is a file called introspector, I deleted it already, but still
wonder what it is. This spyware is said to run under stealth mode.

software
that is hidden in your system. everytime you use IE, it will popup some
advertise windows. Norton cann't detect such things. Ad-aware can detect these
things like lop.com, etc. Ad-aware is an award winning, free multi spyware
removal utility that scans your memory,registry and hard drives for known
spyware components and lets you remove them safely.

it is there.
You can use Spy Sweeper (or any other tool you prefer) to scan for
spyware/adware in your whole machine first. Then kill them, reboot and see
whether the problem persists. |

上个礼拜上网google了一些东西, 结果第二天就冒出一堆的
不明exe在1后台运行, 并且每次google都先带到一个另外的engine.
基本上可以判定是IE hijacker类的spyware.
开始手动删除那些可疑的exe,以及到注册表删相关项. 但是每次重起
都会出现.
后来发现 windows 没有更新最新的security updates , 于是更新之.
又读了读ad-aware的用法, 原来默认的"Perform smart system-scan"
是不够的, 要选择"Select driver/folders to scan", 并且要
"Activate in-depth scan". 同时更新ad-aware到最新的adware 库.
然后scan全部的harddrive, ad-aware删除了大量的 (10+)隐藏在
windows/ 及windows/system32下的好多adware executables.
重起机器, 一个礼拜到现在都没有再出现过问题.
期间用了spybot, 但是spybot每次都在扫描c2.lop spyware的 |

件清除之，立马QQ被彻底清除，无法运行。 删除后又重新装上，因为在中国的朋友亲
戚都用它。
